Split the Atom is the debut studio album by Dutch drum and bass trio Noisia. The album was released on 5 April 2010 as a full-length CD as well as two double 12" EPs;the Vision EP includes four drum and Bass songs whilst the Division EP includes four electro house/breakbeat songs. [3]
On 27 February 2012 Noisia released a special edition of Split The Atom on deadmau5's acclaimed label mau5trap. The first disc is the full-length original album while the second disc is a remix album with one original track,"Could This Be",that later become a single released through mau5trap.
The singles from this album include "Machine Gun" (released 8 March 2010),which also includes remixes by Spor,Amon Tobin and 16bit,"Split the Atom" (released 25 July 2010),which has been remixed by Bar9 and Ed Rush &Optical,and "Alpha Centauri",which has been remixed by Excision &Datsik. [4] [5]
Some of the songs were previously released in various forms,"Stigma" [6] was released in 2008 on Vision Recordings and "Diplodocus" [7] was released in 2009 on Quarantine. Both "Stigma" and "Diplodocus" along with "Split the Atom","Headknot" and "Square Feet" all feature on Noisia's FabricLive.40 released in June 2008. [8] "Machine Gun" has also been released as part of WipEout HD Fury's soundtrack and appeared in a trailer for the video game Far Cry 3 .

Split the Atom received critical acclaim from critics. Skiddle gave the album 4 out of 5 stars, saying "Split The Atom works to satisfy even the most fastidious of music fans." [10]
Sputnik Music reviewer Deviant gave the album a 4.5 out of 5 stars, saying "Split The Atom is poised to destroy the lives of clubbers worldwide and invade the senses of anyone brave enough to invest ample time in it." [11]
Amon Adonai Santos de Araújo Tobin is a Brazilian electronic musician, composer and producer. He is noted for his unusual methodology in sound design and music production. He has released eight major studio albums under the London-based Ninja Tune record label. He has also released two albums under the alias Two Fingers with collaborator Doubleclick. His latest release, Nomark Selects V.1, was released on April 28, 2023.
Foreign Beggars were an English hip hop and dubstep group. Since their formation in 2002, the group's trajectory had seen them evolve from an underground hip hop group to an electronic crossover act. The group consisted of four artists individually known as Orifice Vulgatron, Metropolis Graham, DJ Nonames, and Dag Nabbit. Vulgatron and Metropolis combined with Noisia to make the side project and supergroup "I Am Legion". They released their collaborative album I Am Legion on 2 September 2013.

Noisia was a Dutch electronic music trio consisting of members Nik Roos, Martijn van Sonderen, and Thijs de Vlieger from Groningen, Netherlands. They produced a wide variety of music including drum and bass, dubstep, breakbeat and house. They released music under labels including Skrillex's Owsla, deadmau5's mau5trap and Jay-Z's Roc Nation. Noisia previously combined with the group Foreign Beggars to form the supergroup side project, I Am Legion. They released their collaborative self-titled album on 2 September 2013. Noisia also has production credits under the pseudonym Nightwatch, such as when they worked with Alexis Jordan, Hadouken!, Wiley and Wretch 32. They produced Hadouken!'s album, For the Masses, that charted at number 19 on the UK Albums Chart.
Mad for Music is the fourth studio album by Italian singer Alexia released in 2001, and would be her final studio album to be sung exclusively in English. It was her first album that she had a hand co-producing and the first released since her split with DWA and Robyx. Some of the tracks would be recorded in Italian and included on her 2002 album Alexia.

It was released exclusively through Beatport on October 22, 2010, through mau5trap and Big Beat Records, while being released on December 20 for digital download via other online retailers and on March 1, 2011, as a physical release. It was recorded in 2010 at Skrillex's apartment using a laptop. The EP features guest contributions from Pennybirdrabbit, Foreign Beggars and Bare Noize as well as remixes done by Noisia, Zedd and Bare Noize. It won two Grammys at the 54th Annual Grammy Awards: one for Best Dance Recording, and another for Best Dance/Electronica Album.

It has since been named as an influential electronic dance music (EDM) song that brought dubstep to a mainstream audience.

I Am Legion is the self-titled collaborative album by I Am Legion, the side project of Dutch record producers Noisia and British rappers Metropolis and Orifice Vulgatron of Foreign Beggars. The album was released on 2 September 2013 through Division, Owsla and Par Excellence. The album topped the Beatport releases chart within three days of release. The instrumental version of the album, solely produced by Noisia, was released on 29 November 2013. A ten-track remix album featuring Noisia, dBridge, Alix Perez and Phace among others was released on 17 June 2014.

Black Sun Empire are a Dutch drum and bass group that formed in Utrecht, Netherlands in 1997 by producers Rene Verdult and brothers Micha and Milan Heyboer. The group has received much praise from critics, even being referred to as "the kings of all things neuro". Since their inception, the group has released five full-length albums and have operated three independent record labels: Black Sun Empire Recordings, Obsessions, and Blackout Music NL.
