The New York State Public High School Athletic Association (NYSPHSAA) is the governing body of interscholastic sports for most public schools in New York outside New York City. The organization was created in 1923, after a predecessor organization called the New York State Public High School Association of Basketball Leagues began in 1921 to bring consistency to eligibility rules and to conduct state tournaments. It consists of 768 member high schools from the state divided into 11 geographic sections. While as its name suggests the vast majority of its members are public, it does include a number of private and Catholic high schools. Most of these are located in Central New York and the Capital District, where parallel sanctioning bodies for private schools do not exist. It is a member of the National Federation of State High School Associations as well as the New York State Federation of Secondary School Athletic Associations.
Scotus Central Catholic High School is a private, Roman Catholic high school in Columbus, Nebraska, United States. It is located in the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Omaha. Scotus is the only Catholic high school in Columbus, and is the largest Catholic secondary school in Nebraska outside of Omaha or Lincoln.

Saint Joseph offered a co-educational intensive college preparatory curriculum to students in grades 9 through 12. SJCHS had a strong international student community with students from Korea, China, Austria, and Spain, but did not offer boarding facilities. International students live with local host families. Former principal Francis X. Foley announced his resignation in June 2013, and has been replaced with Dr. Amy Gelinas. The School closed in June 2017.

Littleton High School is a public high school located at 56 King Street, Littleton, Massachusetts, United States. It serves students in grades 9-12 from the town of Littleton. The building was opened in 2002. It was formerly located on the site of the current middle school from 1957–2002 on Russell Street. From 1924 to 1957 it was located on Shattuck Street in the building that now houses the town offices and the Reuben Hoar library. From 1957–1968 it was operated as a Junior/Senior high school and again from 1989–2002.
Madawaska Valley District High School (MVDHS) is a public high school situated in the village of Barry's Bay, Ontario. It is managed by Renfrew County District School Board. The school was opened in 1967, and has been operating as the public high school for the area ever since. M.V.D.H.S. is one of few high schools in the area, and as of 2012, is attended by 419 students, offering classes for students in grades 9-12. Some of the faculty are M.V. Graduates.

It is located in Northern Michigan and contains eight teams that encompasses six counties: Antrim County, Charlevoix County, Crawford County, Emmet County, Grand Traverse County, and Kalkaska County.
