Nunoike Church, officially the Cathedral of St. Peter and St. Paul, [1] is the main cathedral of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Nagoya in central Japan.

The cathedral was completed in 1962. The architectural style is Gothic revival. The two belfries with their tall spires can be seen from a distance.

Masses are held in many languages, including English and Tagalog, catering to the expatriate community in Nagoya. Located next to the cathedral is St. Mary College, an English language school.

Nearest Nagoya Municipal Subway stations are Shinsakae-machi Station on the Higashiyama Line and Kurumamichi Station on the Sakura-dōri Line.

Meiji-mura is an open-air architectural museum/theme park in Inuyama, near Nagoya in Aichi prefecture, Japan. It was opened on March 18, 1965. The museum preserves historic buildings from Japan's Meiji (1867–1912), Taishō (1912–1926), and early Shōwa (1926–1945) periods. Over 60 historical buildings have been moved and reconstructed onto 1 square kilometre of rolling hills alongside Lake Iruka. The most noteworthy building there is the reconstructed main entrance and lobby of Frank Lloyd Wright's landmark Imperial Hotel, which originally stood in Tokyo from 1923 to 1967, when the main structure was demolished to make way for a new, larger version of the hotel.

The Kamiiida Line is a subway line which is part of the Nagoya Municipal Subway system in Nagoya, Japan. It runs between two stations, Kamiiida and Heian-dōri, both in Kita Ward, Nagoya. Both stations have automatic platform gates. The Kamiiida Line's color on maps is pink. Its stations carry the letter K followed by a number. Officially, the line is called Nagoya City Rapid Railway Line 7. All the stations accept manaca, a rechargeable contactless smart card. The line is essentially an extension of Meitetsu Komaki Line. As such, the two lines have through services.
