ST Stephen's HS, Pathanapuram is a boys school in central Pathanapuram, Kerala, India and is managed by the Mount Tabor Dayara, which is under the Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church.

The school offers classes from 5th standard to 12th and offers academic paths such as Commerce, Science and Humanities from 11th onwards according to the Kerala State Board of Education

This school is boys-only(5-10) and doesn't possess a pre-primary department But has aided, non aided Lower Primary School nearby under the same management.
