Stacey Feinberg is an American heiress and businesswoman. In 2025, President Donald Trump nominated Feinberg to serve as U.S. Ambassador to Luxemboug.

Feinberg is the daughter of Bob Woolf, an attorney and sports agent. [1]

Career

After graduating from college, Feinberg began her career at her father's firm where she worked as an assistant. [3]

Feinberg is the president of the investment firm 33 Capital. She previously served as Board Director at the Womens Foundation Network. [4] She is a major donor to the Republican Party and to Republican political candidates. [5]

In June 2025, the Senate Foreign Relations Committee held a hearing to examine her nomination to become U.S. Ambassador to Luxembourg. [6]
