Stanley Ebuka Nzediegwu (born 15 May 1989 and known professionally as Stan Nze) is a Nigerian actor known for his role in the 2020 remake of Rattlesnake. [1] Stan won the 2022 AMVCA Award under the 'Best Actor in Drama' category for his role played in Rattlesnake. [2]

Biography

Stan Nze obtained a bachelor's degree in computer science from Nnamdi Azikiwe University in Awka, Anambra State, Nigeria. [3] He also had training in acting at the Stella Damasus Arts Foundation. [1]

He made his acting debut in a 2009 TV series named Private Sector and his first major film role was in a 2013 movie named Murder At Prime Suites where he played the role of a serial killer with bipolar affective disorder. [1]

Nze married actress Blessing Jessica Obasi in September 2021. [1]

Rattlesnake: The Ahanna Story also known as The Armadas is a 2020 Nigerian thriller action film executive produced by Charles Okpaleke and directed by Ramsey Nouah. It is the official remake of the 1995 Nigerian classic action thriller film Rattlesnake which was directed by Amaka Igwe. The film stars Stan Nze, Chiwetalu Agu, Osas Ighodaro, Omotola Jalade Ekeinde and Ayo Makun in the lead roles. It had its theatrical release on 13 November 2020. It received mixed reviews from critics and ranked 24th overall on the list of highest-grossing Nigerian films of all time at the end of its theatrical run. It is regarded as one of the best Nigerian films of 2020.

Omo Ghetto: The Saga also known as Omo Ghetto 2 is a 2020 Nigerian gangster comedy film co-directed by Funke Akindele and JJC Skillz. The film stars Funke Akindele, Chioma Akpota, Nancy Isime, Eniola Badmus, Bimbo Thomas, Deyemi Okanlawon and Mercy Aigbe in the lead roles. This was the second film in the Omo Ghetto franchise and it was also the sequel to the 2010 trilogy film Omo Ghetto.
