Stari Ulcinj (Serbian Cyrillic : Стари Улцињ; Albanian: Ulqini i Vjetër, lit. "Old Ulcinj") is a small island in the Adriatic Sea located in the south of Montenegro, in Ulcinj Municipality.
Stari Ulcinj is a small rocky island in the Ulcinj Municipality with an area of 1.8 hectares, much smaller than the other island of Ulcinj Municipality Ada Bojana. The island is about 150 meters from the coast. It has no civilian population and is used for tourism. [1]

The Zeta Banovina, was a province (banovina) of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia between 1929 and 1941. The Montenegrin Second League of Men's Handball is the lower Men's handball league in Montenegro. It is organized by the Handball Federation of Montenegro. The league has seven teams.
The Hotel Mediteran Ulcinj, located in the coastal town of Ulcinj in Montenegro, is one of the first privatization deals completed by the new nation of Montenegro. Ulcinj Castle, also known as Ulcinj Old Town, is an ancient castle and neighborhood in Ulcinj, Montenegro. Today it's mostly inhabited by Albanians. It was built by the Illyrians and Ancient Greeks on a small peninsula that is located on the right side of the Pristan Gulf, which is part of the Adriatic Sea. Currently, the oldest remains is the Cyclopean Wall. The castle has been restored many times since it was first built, although major changes were made by the Byzantinians, Serbs, Venetians and Ottomans. The modern city of Ulcinj was built just outside of the old town and castle.
