Start From Here is the debut album by singer-songwriter Joanna Wang, released by Sony BMG Taiwan in January 2008. [1] The album consists of two disks, featuring songs performed in English and Mandarin. It received mostly positive reviews and commercial success, with the sales of over 200,000 copies in Asia. [2]
Despite the album's success, Wang herself strongly dislikes the album, and the label of "jazz singer" under which she became known in Taiwan, in the wake of the album's success. [3] In a Reddit 'Ask Me Anything', she wrote:
At 17, I signed my first contract with Sony Music Taiwan, a decision I would soon have extremely mixed feelings - regret, fear, frustration, arousal, and sometimes hunger.
Long story short, the first two years was not what I expected and hoped for at all. After a lot of "no's, but's" and reluctant "yes's", at 19 I debuted with a shitastic record with the cheesiest and cliche 80's-esque music videos to very lame music that my label coerced me into singing [...] [3]

F4 or JVKV was a Taiwanese boy band consisting of Jerry Yan, Vanness Wu, Ken Chu, and Vic Chou. The group F4 was formed in 2001 after the Taiwanese drama Meteor Garden that they starred in was widely successful. Together they have starred in several Taiwanese drama series and released three albums, Meteor Rain (2001), Fantasy 4ever (2002), and Waiting for You (2007).
Remember, I Love You is Taiwanese Mandopop artist Vic Chou's, of boy band F4, second Mandarin studio album. It was released on 2 January 2003 by Sony Music Taiwan. A second limited edition was released on 10 February 2003

Elva Hsiao is a Taiwanese singer. "Rose, Rose, I Love You" is a 1940 Mandarin popular song composed by Chen Gexin and first recorded by Yao Lee. An English-language version whose lyrics have little in common with the original Mandarin was first recorded by Frankie Laine in 1951. The song was brought back to England by broadcaster Wilfrid Thomas in 1951 after doing commentary on the war in Malaya. When he played it on his BBC program he received a barrage of requests for a repeat and he played it again in several more programs. The song is also known under the titles "Shanghai Rose" and "China Rose."

Keep It Natural is the debut studio album released by American pop boyband Natural, released on September 23, 2002 via Sony BMG and Transcontinental Records in Germany. The album followed Lou Pearlman's boyband formula of bubblegum pop. Three of the thirteen songs on the album were cover versions, however, "Paradise" was written by the actual band members, Ben Bledsoe and Marc Terenzi. Keep It Natural spawned five top forty singles. The album was released in Germany, Austria, Switzerland as well as Malaysia, Philippines, and Japan.

Joanna Wang, is a Taiwanese-American singer-songwriter, daughter of music producer Bing Wang (王治平). Born in Taipei but raised in Los Angeles, California, Wang dropped out from Gabrielino High School when she was 16. Her debut album, Start from Here, was released in January 2008 as a double-disc set, one in English and the other in Chinese. The album reached No.1 in Taiwan and has been popular throughout Southeast Asia. In June 2008, it was released in Japan. Her second album, Joanna & Wang Ruo-lin, which includes her all-original endeavor, The Adult Storybook, was released in January 2009.
