Stefan Rudan (born January 9, 1990) is a Serbian footballer who plays as a defender.

Playing career

Rudan signed with FK Bežanija in 2008, but shortly after was transferred to OFK Žarkovo in the Belgrade Zone League. [1] In 2010 he played in the Serbian League Vojvodina with OFK Bačka, and later in the Serbian League Belgrade with FK Voždovac, FK Jedinstvo Ub, and FK Sopot. In 2012, he spend time in the Belgrade Zone League, and Serbian League Vojvodina with FK Palilulac Beograd, FK Senta, and with FK Đerdap in 2013.

In 2014, he played abroad in the Macedonian First Football League with FK Sileks. [2] The following season played in the Armenian Premier League with FC Shirak. [3] In 2016, he played in the Serbian First League with OFK Beograd, where he appeared in five matches. [4] [5] [ full citation needed ] In 2017, was transferred to FK Bratstvo Prigrevica in the Serbian League Vojvodina. [6] [ full citation needed ] In 2018, he made his third stint abroad in the Canadian Soccer League with Scarborough SC. [7]

The Serbian First League is the second-highest football league in Serbia. The league is operated by the Serbian FA. 16 teams compete in the league for the 2017–18 season. Two teams will be promoted to the Serbian SuperLiga. Four teams will be relegated to the Serbian League, the third-highest division overall in the Serbian football league system. Bratstvo Prigrevica, the winner of 2016–17 Serbian League Vojvodina decided to forfeit its promotion, as did the second-placed Omladinac Novi Banovci. As a consequence, third-placed TSC took the vacant place. The season begun in August 2017 and will end in May 2018.

The 2018 season was Scarborough SC's fourth season in the Canadian Soccer League. Their season official commenced on May 19, 2018, in an away match against FC Ukraine United. The season proved to be a successful one as Scarborough managed to compete in the top four and ultimately secured a playoff berth by finishing fourth in the First Division. In the postseason tournament Scarborough successfully defeated Hamilton City SC, and FC Ukraine in the earlier rounds in order to reach the CSL Championship final for the second straight season. Their opposition in the finals were FC Vorkuta, but ultimately were defeated in a penalty shootout.
