Navarro began practicing parkour in 2016. [1] In June 2019, she won gold in the speed category at the World Cup in Montpellier. [3] In May 2022 at the World Cup in Montpellier, Navarro took silver in speed and was only beaten by Miranda Tibbling. [4]
In October 2022, at the Parkour World Championships in Tokyo, Navarro won the silver medal in speed category in the first edition of the championship. [5] She finished in a time of 35.03 seconds and was beaten only by Tibbling. [6]
Rhythmic gymnastics is a sport in which gymnasts perform individually or in groups on a floor with an apparatus: hoop, ball, clubs, ribbon and rope. The sport combines elements of gymnastics, dance and calisthenics; gymnasts must be strong, flexible, agile, dexterous and coordinated. Rhythmic gymnastics is governed by the International Gymnastics Federation (FIG), which first recognized it as a sport in 1963. At the international level, rhythmic gymnastics is a women-only sport.
Alexa Citlali Moreno Medina is a Mexican artistic gymnast. She is the 2018 World bronze medalist on vault, the first Mexican female gymnast to medal at the World Artistic Gymnastics Championships. She represented Mexico at the 2016 Summer Olympics where she was the second reserve for the all-around final and at the 2020 Olympics where she placed fourth in the vault final. She will represent Mexico at the 2024 Summer Olympics. She is the 2023 Pan American champion on vault. She won a silver medal on vault at the 2010 Central American and Caribbean Games and a bronze medal on vault at the 2010 Pacific Rim Championships. She is also a seven-time medalist on the FIG World Cup circuit. She is the 2011 Pan American Games and 2014 and 2018 Pan American Championships team bronze medalist and the 2010, 2014, and 2023 Central American and Caribbean Games team gold medalist.
Shang Chunsong is a Chinese artistic gymnast and traceur. Shang was the captain of the bronze medal-winning team at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro. Additionally she represented China at the 2013, 2014, and 2015 World Championships where she won silver with the team at the latter two. Domestically she is the 2015 and 2016 Chinese national all-around champion. In Parkour she is the 2024 World freestyle champion.
Rebeca Rodrigues de Andrade is a Brazilian artistic gymnast. Having won a total of six Olympic and nine World medals, she is the most decorated Brazilian and Latin American gymnast of all time, as well as the most decorated Brazilian Olympian in any discipline. In the all-around, she is the 2022 World champion, a two-time Olympic silver medalist, the 2023 World silver medalist, and the 2021 Pan American champion. On vault, she is the 2020 Olympic gold medalist, the 2024 Olympic silver medalist, a two-time World Champion, and the 2023 Pan American Games champion. In the floor exercise, she is the 2024 Olympic gold medalist, 2023 World silver medallist, and 2022 World bronze medallist. She led the Brazilian team to its first ever team medals at the 2023 World Championships (silver) and the 2024 Olympics (bronze), as well as the gold medal at the 2021 Pan American Championships.
Eythora Elisabet Thorsdottir is a Dutch artistic gymnast. She competed at the 2016 Summer Olympics where she finished ninth in the individual all-around. At the 2017 European Championships, she won a silver medal on balance beam and a bronze medal on floor exercise. She is also the 2019 European floor exercise silver medalist and the 2023 European bronze medalist with the Dutch team.
Rifda Irfanaluthfi is an Indonesian artistic gymnast. She is the 2018 Asian Games floor exercise silver medalist and a four-time SEA Games champion. She is also a three-time medalist on the FIG World Cup series. She represented Indonesia at the 2024 Summer Olympics.
Ayelén Tarabini is an Argentine artistic gymnast who represents Kyrgyzstan in international competition. She is the 2008 Pan American Championships bronze medalist on vault and the 2017 South American Championships gold medalist on floor exercise. She competed at five World Championships, but never participated at the Olympics in part due to injuries. Tarabini was a member of the Argentinian national gymnastics team from 2006 until 2020, when she retired from the sport.
FIG World Cup refers to a number of events organized by the International Gymnastics Federation (FIG) across seven competitive gymnastics disciplines: 1) acrobatic gymnastics, 2) aerobic gymnastics, 3) men's artistic gymnastics, 4) women's artistic gymnastics, 5) women's rhythmic gymnastics, 6) trampoline and tumbling, and 7) parkour.
Alexandra Kiroi-Bogatyreva OLY(born 4 March 2002) is an Australian rhythmic gymnast. She is the 2022 Commonwealth Games clubs champion, team silver medallist, and all-around bronze medallist. She also won two bronze medals at the 2018 Commonwealth Games. She is a four-time Australian all-around champion. She won five bronze medals at the 2022 Maccabiah Games and has competed at the Rhythmic Gymnastics World Championships five times.
Khrystyna Oleksandrivna Pohranychna is a Ukrainian individual rhythmic gymnast. She is the 2018 Youth Olympic Games all-around silver medalist, a 2020 Olympic Games all-around finalist, and a four-time medalist at the 2018 European Junior Championships.
Dafne Carolina Navarro Loza is a Mexican trampoline gymnast. She is the 2018 and 2022 World synchro bronze medalist and was Mexico's first World medalist in trampoline. As an individual, she became Mexico's first Pan American Games medalist in trampoline when she won the silver medal at the 2015 Pan American Games, and she won the bronze medal at the 2019 Pan American Games. She competed at the 2020 Olympic Games, becoming the first trampoline gymnast to represent Mexico at the Olympics.
Mariia Olehivna Vysochanska is a Ukrainian rhythmic gymnast. She represented Ukraine at the 2020 and 2024 Summer Olympics in the group all-around. She won a bronze medal at the 2023 World Championships in 3 ribbons and 2 balls. She won two gold medals, a silver medal, and a bronze medal at the 2020 European Championships. She also won a silver medal at the 2023 European Championships and a bronze medal at the 2024 European Championships.
Liliana Lewińska is a Polish rhythmic gymnast. She is the 2023 Junior World clubs and ribbon champion, as well as the 2022 European hoop and clubs silver medalist and ribbon bronze medalist.
Jana Hani Ismail Mahmoud is an Egyptian artistic gymnast. She won the all-around title at the 2024 African Championships and qualified for the 2024 Olympic Games. She is a two-time African champion on the floor exercise and is the 2022 African vault champion. She helped the Egyptian team win the team titles at the 2022 and 2024 African Championships. She represented Egypt at the 2024 Summer Olympics.
Shani Bakanov is a retired Israeli world champion rhythmic gymnast. She won the gold medal in the group All-Around at the 2022 European Championship, and the silver medal in the same category at the 2022 World Championships. She won two gold medals at the 2023 Rhythmic Gymnastics World Championships. She represented Israel at the 2024 Paris Olympics in the Women's rhythmic team all-around, in which Team Israel won the silver medal.
Ofir Shaham is a retired Israeli team world champion rhythmic gymnast. She won a 2022 European Championship gold medal in the group All-Around, and a 2022 World Championships silver medal in the same category. The following year at the 2023 World Championships, she won two team gold medals, one in the Group All-Around and one in the 3 Ribbons + 2 Balls. Shaham represented Israel at the 2024 Paris Olympics in the Women's rhythmic team all-around, in which Team Israel won the silver medal.
