Stefano Scaini (born 4 May 1983) is a former Italian male long-distance runner who competed at three editions of the IAAF World Cross Country Championships at senior level (2003, 2005, 2006). [1] He is the husband of the marathon runner Anna Incerti. [2]
"After the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, I was disappointed," said Incerti, who has recorded times of 1:12:12 and 1:12:35 in two half-marathon races this year. "I wanted to stop running marathons but my husband Stefano Scaini convinced me to train for this distance.
