Stephen Michael Strachan (born March 22, 1963) is a former American football running back in the National Football League (NFL). He was selected in the 11th round of the 1985 NFL draft by and played for the Los Angeles Raiders. [1] He played college football for the Boston College Eagles. [2]
Playing alongside Heisman Trophy winner Doug Flutie, Strachan was the MVP of the 1985 Cotton Bowl Classic. He had 23 carries for 91 yards and two touchdowns. [3]
Drafted by the Los Angeles Raiders, Strachan played for the Raiders for five seasons from 1985 to 1989. He recorded his only NFL touchdown in on October 9, 1988, on a 13-yard pass from Jay Schroeder in a 24–14 loss to the Miami Dolphins. [4]

He was known for his speed, fluid moves, grace, and jumping ability. A consistent big-play threat throughout his career, his 20.1 average yards per reception is the highest in NFL history among players with at least 300 receptions.
Clifford Branch Jr. was an American professional football wide receiver who played for the Oakland / Los Angeles Raiders during his entire 14-year National Football League (NFL) career. He won three NFL championships with the Raiders in Super Bowl XI, XV, and XVIII. He was selected by the Raiders in the fourth round of the 1972 NFL draft after playing college football for the Colorado Buffaloes. Kenneth John O'Brien Jr. is an American former professional football player who was a quarterback in the National Football League (NFL) for the New York Jets and Philadelphia Eagles. Damien Williams is an American professional football running back who is a free agent. He played college football for the Oklahoma Sooners. He was signed by the Miami Dolphins as an undrafted free agent in 2014. He has also played for the Kansas City Chiefs and won Super Bowl LIV with the team. In that Super Bowl, he scored the Chiefs' game-clinching touchdown on a 38-yard run with less than two minutes left in the game.

The return is the tenth longest punt returned for a touchdown in NFL history.

Jonnu Andre Smith is an American professional football tight end for the Miami Dolphins of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at FIU and was selected by the Tennessee Titans in the third round of the 2017 NFL draft. After four seasons with the Titans, he joined the New England Patriots in 2021, and was later traded to the Atlanta Falcons in 2023.
