The Florida State Seminoles are the athletic teams representing Florida State University located in Tallahassee, Florida. They compete as a member of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I level, primarily competing in the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) for all sports since the 1991–92 season; within the Atlantic Division in any sports split into a divisional format since the 2005–06 season.
Charles M. Murphy Athletic Center is the name of the main athletic department building at Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. The building opened December 11, 1972, and is named in honor of former athletics director Charles M. "Bubber" Murphy, a standout athlete at the college in the 1930s, who also served as head coach of Middle Tennessee State's football (1947-1968), basketball (1948-1949), and baseball programs.

Hart Center at the Luth Athletic Complex is the main athletic center at the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts. It was built in 1975 and is home to the Holy Cross Crusaders athletic teams. It is named for the Rev. Francis J. Hart, S.J., the guiding force behind intramurals at Holy Cross for more than 40 years, as well as John E. Luth '74 and Joanne Chouinard-Luth, who donated $32.5 million to the College in 2015 towards renovating and expanding the athletics complex. John E. Luth is the founding partner, chairman and chief executive officer of Seabury Group LLC, the preeminent global aviation advisory firm. Dr. Joanne Chouinard-Luth practiced dental medicine in Chicago for 30 years.
McDonough Gymnasium, sometimes referred to as McDonough Arena when hosting a sports or entertainment event and officially known as McDonough Memorial Gymnasium, is a multi-purpose arena on the campus of Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. It opened in 1951 and can hold 2,500 people.
Bearcat Arena is a 2,500 seat multi-purpose arena in Maryville, Missouri. It was completed in 1959 at a cost of $500,000 and renovated in 1993. It is the home of the Northwest Missouri State University basketball and volleyball teams.

Joseph C. Trees Hall is a multipurpose student, staff, faculty recreational facility on the campus of the University of Pittsburgh in the Oakland section of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. First opened in 1962 with a second phase of construction was completed in 1965, Trees Hall houses the School of Education's Department of Health and Physical Activity, various student recreation facilities, a pool that serves as the home to Pitt's varsity men's and women's swimming and diving teams, and the primary training facility for Pitt's varsity women's gymnastics team.

The Stony Brook Seawolves men's basketball team is the college basketball program representing Stony Brook University in Stony Brook, New York. The Seawolves compete at the NCAA Division I level, which they have done so since 1999, and are a member of the America East Conference. The team is coached by former longtime Ohio State assistant Jeff Boals as head coach after Steve Pikiell left to become the head coach at Rutgers University.
The 2010–11 Stony Brook Seawolves men's basketball team represents Stony Brook University in the America East Conference. They are coached by Steve Pikiell, who is currently on his sixth year as a coach for Stony Brook. Stony Brook entered the year as the defending America East regular season champions after a year of school records and successes in the basketball program. Stony Brook currently competes at home in the Pritchard Gymnasium. The Seawolves were 2nd place (57pts) in the America East preseason poll behind a close first-place BU (62pts). The Seawolves received their largest broadcasting package in school history for the 2010–11 season including four games with the ESPN family of networks, and a series of games with MSG+.
The 2012–13 Stony Brook Seawolves men's basketball team represented Stony Brook University in the 2012–13 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. They were coached by eighth year head coach Steve Pikiell and played their home games at Pritchard Gymnasium. They were members of the America East Conference. They finished the season 25–8, 14–2 in America East play to become America East regular season champions. They advanced to the semifinals of the America East Tournament where they lost to Albany. As a regular season conference champion who failed to win their conference tournament, they received an automatic bid to the 2013 NIT. The Seawolves defeated Massachusetts in the first round for their first ever postseason tournament victory in school history. They lost in the second round to Iowa.
James D. Fiore Jr. was the Director of Athletics at Stony Brook University from 2003 to 2013. Fiore was fired from Stony Brook amid allegations of sexual harassment, misappropriation of university resources, and various forms of employment discrimination on November 19, 2013. He had been named the Director of Athletics on July 23, 2003.
The Island Federal Credit Union Arena, also known as the Island Federal Arena or The Island, formerly known as the Stony Brook University Arena, is 4,000-seat multi-purpose arena in Stony Brook, New York. It is the home of the Stony Brook Seawolves men's and women's basketball teams. Originally built in 1990, it underwent a $21.1 million renovation in 2012–14. Naming rights were sold to a regional credit union, Island Federal Credit Union. The Island Federal Arena has hosted the America East Conference Men's Basketball Tournament finals in 2012 and 2016.
