StormFlower is a fragrance promoted by British singer-songwriter Cheryl, released on 21 August 2014.
In May 2014, Cheryl announced her plans to release her first fragrance. [1] [2] She further announced the scent's name as StormFlower, after unveiling the fragrance's promotional ad. [1] [2]
StormFlower's promotional campaign was directed and shot by photographer Rankin.
Cole launched StormFlower on 23 July 2014, at a launch party in central London. [3] A television advert was unveiled in July 2014 to promote the fragrance. [4]
StormFlower broke sales records following its early release to The Perfume Shop, outselling rival scents from Rihanna, Britney Spears and One Direction. [5]

Fantasy is a women's fragrance and fragrance line by Britney Spears and Elizabeth Arden. Fantasy, the perfume, is the second perfume to be endorsed by Britney Spears. It was released in the US on September 15, 2005, following the successful previous perfume from Spears, "Curious", which made over $30 million in sales in the first three months of its launch. Chanel No. 19 perfume was first marketed in 1971. The number 19 was chosen to commemorate Coco Chanel's birthday, 19 August. The perfume was launched a year before she died. The scent was created by Henri Robert.
Black Star is the debut fragrance by French-Canadian singer-songwriter Avril Lavigne. The line includes, besides the 10ml, 15ml, 30ml, 50ml and 100ml eau de parfum, a shower gel, a body lotion, and a spray deodorant. A mini shower gel comes exclusively with a Black Star gift set available in the UK, and in the German/Dutch giftset a 50ml body lotion is also included.
Heat is a perfume endorsed by Beyoncé. It was created by her alongside Claude Dir and Olivier Gillotin of the company Givaudan. The product, which was released on February 3, 2010, uses the tagline "catch the fever". The release was promoted with a cover version of "Fever" recorded by Beyoncé and a limited edition extended play (EP) also titled Heat. She also appeared at Macy's Herald Square to launch the perfume and on The Today Show where she discussed about Heat.
Beyoncé Pulse is the third women's fragrance created and endorsed by Beyoncé, with Bruno Jovanovic and Loc Dong of IFF. The ad's tagline is "Feel the Power." Beyoncé Pulse comes in an upside-down chrome-and-blue bottle, neatly tucked into a holographic carton, inspired by Knowles' fashion during stage performances. Heat Rush is the second fragrance endorsed by American singer Beyoncé. In February 2011, she released the perfume as a sister scent to Heat (2010). While Heat is billed as an "overtly sexy" fragrance, Heat Rush is intended to be more for daytime use. It contains various floral and fruity scents in its three types of notes and is meant to showcase Beyoncé's sensuality and parts of her personality. The fragrance is packaged in an orange falcon.
S by Shakira is the first woman's fragrance by Colombian singer songwriter Shakira. Developing an interest in perfumery and scents, Shakira signed an agreement with international fashion company Puig to create a line of beauty and personal care products. S by Shakira is inspired by the singer's "light" and is an oriental perfume which combines scents of various exotic sources like sambac jasmine, sandalwood, and vanilla. The bottle of the perfume is made of treated glass which reflects light at different angles; it does not have a cap and instead utilises a key-like mechanism to stop the flow of the perfume. Shakira launched S by Shakira at a press release in Madrid, Spain, in June 2010, and it was sent to retail stores in September 2010. Critics praised the scent of S by Shakira, but there was criticism regarding the design of the bottle. It was nominated for a FiFi Award in 2011.
Tempt, Tease and Touch are three fragrances created by English pop girl group the Sugababes. Each perfume and its design were created to represent the group's final line-up Amelle Berrabah, Heidi Range, and Jade Ewen and their music. The fragrances feature a variety of fruity and floral scents.
Still Jennifer Lopez is a women's fragrance endorsed by American entertainer Jennifer Lopez, released by Coty, Inc. in October 2003. The fragrance contains notes of sake, mandarin, early grey, pink freesia, honeysuckle, orange flower, sandalwood, amber and orris. Still Jennifer Lopez followed in the footsteps of Glow by JLo, an international success that shaped the fragrance industry and began a trend in the celebrity endorsement of fragrance. The release of Still Jennifer Lopez was not anticipated due to the negative publicity generated from Lopez's film Gigli (2003) and a fall-out with her manager Benny Medina. Pink Friday is the first fragrance created by American rapper, singer, songwriter, actress and model Nicki Minaj with Give Back Brands, first released on September 22, 2012 in the US and Australia. The bottle was designed by Lance McGregor of Paul Meyers and Friends. Elizabeth Arden bought the licence to distribute the fragrance to major retail stores worldwide. With the success of Pink Friday, Minaj released two limited edition flankers of the fragrance called Pink Friday Special Edition, and Pink Friday Deluxe Edition, respectively. The perfume was nominated for three 2013 FiFi Awards for Fragrance of the Year, Best Packaging, and Media Campaign of the Year. Pink Friday was succeeded by the fragrances Minajesty and Onika.
Glowing by JLo is a women's fragrance endorsed by American entertainer Jennifer Lopez. It was created by Givaudan's Calice Becker and Caroline Sabas. It was released through Coty on May 10, 2012. It was released ten years after her initial fragrance, Glow by JLo (2002) and was also in turn her tenth anniversary with Coty. Prior to its release, Lopez called it a homage and the "evolution of Glow". The bottle was noted for lighting up when in use and Lopez has promoted the fragrance through her music video for "Dance Again".
Killer Queen by Katy Perry is a fragrance created by American singer Katy Perry and Coty Inc. The fragrance was released in 2013, and follows her first two fragrances Purr and Meow!. The product was released exclusively to Bon-Ton Department Stores nationwide on November 8, 2012 in store and online. Elixir is a women's fragrance by Colombian singer songwriter Shakira, developed in a collaboration with international fashion company Puig. After the release of her first two fragrances, Puig enlisted several perfumers to work on Shakira's third fragrance, which she claimed would capture her "most sensual and exotic side." The final product was Elixir, an oriental perfume based on various spicy and woody sources. The flacon of the perfume is inspired by apothecary bottles and is made to resemble a magical potion, featuring a light golden colour scheme.
