Streetmate is a reality dating game show that first aired on Channel 4 from 30 October 1998 to 9 March 2001, hosted by Davina McCall, and then aired on ITV2 from 27 September to 29 November 2007, this time hosted by Holly Willoughby. The series returned to Channel 4 in 2017, instead hosted by Scarlett Moffatt. [1]
A spin-off version called Beachmate aired for 5 episodes in 2001 hosted by Tania Strecker.
Two special editions of the show have aired for charity: the first was a celebrity episode with Emma Bunton and Brian Dowling for Comic Relief on 14 March 2003; [2] the second was for Stand Up to Cancer UK on 21 October 2016. This mini episode featured First Dates star Fred Sirieix. [3]
The host picks an eligible male or female from the streets, and then with their help, they approach equally eligible members of the opposite/same sex for a date. The couple will then go on a date and then report if it was a success or a failure.
However, for the 2017 series, the first person looking for a partner was already chosen.

She hosted Channel 4's Streetmate, The Million Pound Drop (2010–2015), Five Minutes to a Fortune (2013), and The Jump (2014–2017), as well as ITV's The Biggest Loser (2011–2012), Long Lost Family (2011–present), and This Time Next Year (2016–2019). McCall was a regular co-presenter of the Comic Relief annual telethons from 2005 to 2015.

Don't Tell the Bride is a British reality television series. The premise of the series surrounds couples being awarded money to fund their wedding ceremony; however, every aspect of the ceremony must be organised by the groom, with no contact with the bride. On 29 September 2023, it was announced there were no plans for the series to return.

Stand Up to Cancer (SU2C) is the UK version of Stand Up to Cancer, a US charitable television telethon, broadcast between 2012 and 2018 on the Channel 4 network in the United Kingdom, and again from 2020. The most recent edition of the telethon was on 15 October 2021, a programme which was hosted by Davina McCall, Alan Carr, Maya Jama and Adam Hills. By February 2015, the 2014 broadcast had raised £15,585,444 in pledges, in aid of cancer research.
Scarlett Sigourney Leigh Moffatt is a British television personality, presenter, and former ballroom dancer from County Durham, best known for appearing in the Channel 4 programme Gogglebox. She won the sixteenth series of I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! in 2016, and has since appeared in a number of programmes, including the I'm a Celebrity companion show Extra Camp as a co-presenter, and Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway.
