Howard Ronald Drake is a British former diplomat who was High Commissioner to Canada from 2013 to 2017. He retired from the Diplomatic Service in August 2017.

Alastair David McPhail is a British diplomat who was the United Kingdom's first Ambassador to the Republic of South Sudan,appointed in July 2011 when the country gained independence.
