StyleHaul was a marketing services, media, and technology company which gained recognition as an early pioneer of branded content and native advertising on digital platforms. [1] The company was founded in 2011 by Stephanie Horbaczewski and operated as a portfolio company of RTL Group, which paid $127 million USD to acquire a controlling stake in the company in 2014. [2]
StyleHaul was known for its large-scale influencer and paid media campaigns for major beauty brands and retailers, such as Sephora, Maybelline, and Walgreens, [1] as well as for its high-profile talent network, which has included creators like Zoella, [3] Ashley Tisdale, [4] Chloe Lukasiak [5] and Joey Graceffa. [6]
In 2018, StyleHaul founder and CEO Stephanie Horbaczewski left the company in order to launch an artificial intelligence startup, Vody, alongside former StyleHaul Chief Technology Officer, Jeremy Houghton. [7] In 2019, StyleHaul shuttered operations, which coincided with the arrest and guilty plea of Dennis Blieden, 29, a former StyleHaul executive and professional poker player who embezzled $22 million from the company to pay his poker debts, personal debts and bad investments in cryptocurrencies. Escape the Night is an American reality television series created, hosted, produced, and owned by Joey Graceffa that was first broadcast on June 22, 2016, on YouTube Premium. The series follows fantasy plots based on horror and murder mystery aesthetics. The fourth season was released on July 11, 2019. The series was produced by Brian Graden Media. As of September 4, 2019, 40 episodes of Escape the Night have aired, including seven specials, concluding the fourth season. It was the longest-running series on YouTube Premium until 2020, when Graceffa announced that he would be selling the series to a different network for a fifth season.

Symptoms is the third studio album by American singer Ashley Tisdale. The album was released through Big Noise Music Group on May 3, 2019. Symptoms follows Tisdale's second studio album, Guilty Pleasure (2009), marking 10 years since her previous full studio release. Tisdale enlisted John Feldmann for the album's production, and collaborated with songwriters including Rachel West, Scot Stewart, and Dylan McLean for much of the album's content. A pop and electropop album, Symptoms chronicles Tisdale's silent battle with depression and anxiety, while employing implicit lyrics to give the songs multiple meanings. It is Ashley’s first album to contain songs with explicit and profane lyrics.
