Penmetsa Subbaraju is an Indian actor who predominantly works in Telugu cinema, as well as Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi cinema. Subbaraju has played a variety of roles, from negative to supporting characters. [2] His most notable works include Amma Nanna O' Tamil Ammayi , Arya, Pokiri, Leader, Bbuddah... Hoga Terra Baap, Businessman, Mirchi, Baahubali 2: The Conclusion, Temper, Duvvada Jagannadham, Geetha Govindam, and Majili . Subbaraju is immensely popular in Japan for his role as Kumara Varma in the 2017 epic action film, Baahubali: The Conclusion . [3] [4]

Early life

Subbaraju was born in Bhimavaram, to Penmatsa Ramakrishnam Raju and Vijayalakshmi. Subbaraju did his education at D. N. R. College, Bhimavaram. He did his bachelor's degree in Mathematics before doing a computer course and joining Dell Computers, Hyderabad.

Career

Subbaraju's introduction to the cinema world was an accident. Director Krishna Vamsi's personal assistant asked Subbaraju to fix a computer issue for Krishna Vamsi's personal computer. After going to Krishna Vamsi's house, Subbaraju was then offered a small role in Krishna Vamsi's Khadgam .

Sathamanam Bhavati is a 2017 Indian Telugu-language family drama written and directed by Satish Vegesna. The film is produced by Dil Raju under Sri Venkateswara Creations and stars Sharwanand, Anupama Parameswaran, Prakash Raj and Jayasudha in key roles. The 7th South Indian International Movie Awards is an awards event held in Dubai on September 14 and 15, 2018. It aims to recognize notable films and performances from the past year in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada films, along with special honors for lifetime contributions and a few special awards. The nomination list for the main awards was announced in June 2017.

Shanoor Sana Begum also popularly known by her mononym stage name Sana is an Indian actress, television personality and model, who predominantly works in Telugu cinema. She has acted mostly in Telugu films alongside few Kannada and Tamil films. Sana has acted in over 200 films mostly in supporting roles.

The SIIMA Award for Best Film – Telugu is presented by Vibri media group as part of its annual South Indian International Movie Awards for Telugu films. The award was first given in 2012 for films released in 2011.
