The Suining Sports Center is a sports complex located in Suining, Sichuan, China. It was most recently the home of Sichuan Jiuniu in 2023. It was the main venue for the 12th Sichuan Provincial Games, which was held in Suining from 16th to 23 August in 2014. The sports complex was built in 2012 and has a total construction area of 260,000 square meters.
The Suining Sports Center consists of two main areas: a sports area and a sports industry area. The sports area includes a 30,000-seat stadium, a 2,000-seat swimming pool, and other sports facilities. The sports industry area includes a sports hotel, a sports training center, and a sports equipment exhibition center. [1]
Nanchong is a prefecture-level city in the northeast of Sichuan province, China, with an area of 12,479.96 km2 (4,818.54 sq mi). At the 2020 census it was home to 5,607,565 people, of whom 1,936,534 lived in the built-up area made of three urban districts. Suining–Chongqing railway is a high-speed railway connecting Chongqing and Suining, Sichuan as part of the Shanghai–Wuhan–Chengdu high-speed railway. It is also known as Suiyu railway, following the Chinese practice of combining the shortened version of the terminal city's name. It is a national grade I railway with two electrified lines, with a designed maximum speed of 200 km (120 mi), although maximum operating speed is currently 160 km/h.
Dazhou–Chengdu Railway or Dacheng Railway, is a double-track, electrified railroad in Sichuan Province of southwest China. The railway is named after its two terminal cities Chengdu and Dazhou. The line has a total length of 403 km (250 mi) and opened in 1997. Other cities and towns along the route include Suining and Nanchong. The line is owned and operated by the Dacheng Railway Company Limited, a 70-30 joint venture between the Ministry of Railways and Sichuan Provincial Government.

The Suining–Chengdu railway or Suicheng railway is a double-track, electrified railway in Sichuan Province of southwest China. The railway is named after its two terminal cities, Suining and Chengdu, and forms a segment of the Shanghai–Wuhan–Chengdu passenger railway. It was built as part of the Dazhou–Chengdu Railway. A second, more direct track was opened on the Chengdu–Suining section of that line on 1 April 2006 that allows trains to reach a top speed of 200 km/h (124 mph). On 7 July 2009, the high-speed track was duplicated and these two tracks were subsequently designated as the Suining–Chengdu railway. The original low-speed, single track line between Chengdu and Suining remains as part of the Dazhou–Chengdu railway and is now mainly used for freight traffic.

Previously he served as vice chairman of Sichuan People's Congress. He is the fourth vice-ministerial level official to be targeted by China's top anticorruption watchdog in 2022, after Zhang Yongze, Wang Bin, and Liu Hongwu. He was a delegate to the 11th and 12th National People's Congress. He is a representative of the 19th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party.
