Sunday Songs is the debut album from Finnish singer-songwriter Paradise Oskar, it was released on May 2, 2011. The first single released from the album "Da Da Dam" was released on 16 February 2011.
Paradise Oskar was a stage name used by Axel Ehnström, a Finnish singer-songwriter who represented Finland in the Eurovision Song Contest 2011 in Düsseldorf with the song "Da Da Dam".
"Da Da Dam" is a ballad type song by Finnish singer Paradise Oskar and it is the Finnish entry in the Eurovision Song Contest 2011, qualifying for the final. Da Da Dam came 21st in the final with 57 points. The song tells a story of a boy named Peter who decides to make a stand to try to save the planet, gets universally ignored, but continues to persevere. Both the lyrics and music are by the singer himself. It is the first single from his debut album Sunday Songs.
The Eurovision Song Contest 2011 was the 56th edition of the annual Eurovision Song Contest. It took place in Düsseldorf, Germany, following Lena's win at the 2010 contest in Oslo, Norway with the song "Satellite". The event was held at the Esprit Arena, with semi-finals held on 10 and 12 May, and the final held on 14 May 2011. This was the first contest to take place outside the host nation's capital city since the 2004 contest in Istanbul.

Rammstein is a German Neue Deutsche Härte hard rock band from Berlin, Germany, formed in 1994. Throughout their existence, Rammstein's six-man lineup has remained unchanged — lead vocalist Till Lindemann, lead guitarist Richard Z. Kruspe, bassist Oliver "Ollie" Riedel, rhythm guitarist Paul H. Landers, keyboardist Christian "Flake" Lorenz and drummer Christoph "Doom" Schneider.
Nightwish is a symphonic metal band from Kitee, Finland. The band was formed in 1996 by lead songwriter and keyboardist Tuomas Holopainen, guitarist Emppu Vuorinen, and former lead singer Tarja Turunen. The band soon picked up drummer Jukka Nevalainen, and then bassist Sami Vänskä after the release of their debut album, Angels Fall First (1997). In 2001, Vänskä was replaced by Marco Hietala, who also took over the male vocalist role previously filled by Holopainen or guest singers.
The Rasmus is a Finnish rock band that formed in 1994 in Helsinki while the band members were still in upper comprehensive school. The original band members were Lauri Ylönen, Eero Heinonen (bass), Pauli Rantasalmi (guitar) and Jarno Lahti (drums). Jarno Lahti left the year after and was replaced by Janne Heiskanen in 1995. Heiskanen quit the band in 1998 and was soon replaced by Aki Hakala. The Rasmus has sold 4 million albums worldwide, 310,000 copies in their native Finland alone. They have won numerous awards, both domestic and international.
Paradise Lost are a gothic metal band that formed in 1988 in Halifax, England and are considered by some to be one of the pioneers of the death-doom genre and of the gothic metal genre. Paradise Lost has proven to be an influential band, with Jonas Renkse of Katatonia saying that his band started off "as Paradise Lost fanboys".
"Gangsta's Paradise" is a song by American rapper Coolio, featuring singer L.V. The song was released on Coolio's album of the same name, as well as the soundtrack for the 1995 film Dangerous Minds. It samples the chorus and instrumentation of Stevie Wonder's 1976 song "Pastime Paradise".
...But Seriously is the fourth studio album by English drummer and singer-songwriter Phil Collins, released on 6 November 1989 in the US by Atlantic Records and on 20 November 1989 in the UK by Virgin Records. After Genesis took a break in activity in 1987 Collins resumed his solo career, first in the starring role in Buster followed by writing and recording ...But Seriously. The album has a more serious tone than his previous albums with lyrics concerning socio-economic and political issues.

"Children of Paradise" / "Gadda-Da-Vida" is a 1980 single by German band Boney M. Intended to be the first single from the group's fifth album Boonoonoonoos, the single was ultimately never included because the album release was delayed for one year. "Children of Paradise" peaked at #11 in the German charts whereas it became the group's lowest placing in the UK at #66 only when released in February '81. Boney M. would use the double A-side format in this period, typically with the A1 being the song intended for radio and A2 being more squarely aimed at discos. The sides would usually be switched on the accompanying 12" single.

"Paradise" is a song by the British rock band Coldplay. The song was released on 12 September 2011 as the second single from their fifth album, Mylo Xyloto. The song received its radio debut at 7:50 a.m. on The Chris Moyles Show on 12 September 2011. According to Coldplay's official website, the single was not initially chart eligible in the United Kingdom, because it was available on iTunes as an "instant grat" when pre-ordering the album. Following the release of the album on 30 October 2011, the song became chart eligible in the UK and entered the UK Singles Chart at number 14, before taking the number 1 spot on its tenth week, becoming the band's second number-one single after "Viva la Vida" in 2008. The song was met with positive reviews, and was the best selling rock song of 2011 in the United Kingdom, selling 410,000 copies.
"Hit Da Pavement" is a song by American funk duo 7 Days of Funk. It is the opening track on their eponymous debut studio album in 2013. The song was written by Calvin Broadus and Damon Riddick. Mixed by Shon Lawon and Cole M.G.N., it was produced by Riddick under his stage name Dâm-Funk and the vocals were performed by Broadus under his moniker Snoopzilla. The song features backing vocals from Shon Lawon and Val Young, and additional vocals from Parliament-Funkadelic bassist Bootsy Collins.
