The 12,500-seat facility is London's second-largest indoor arena after the O2 Arena, and the ninth-largest in the United Kingdom.

The Elliott Hall of Music is a theater located on the campus of Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. With a seating capacity of 6,005, it is one of the largest proscenium theaters in the world, and is 45 seats larger than Radio City Music Hall. The facility is named after Edward C. Elliott (1874–1960), who served as President of Purdue University from 1922 to 1945. The stage of the hall is one of the largest in the country. It is roughly the same size as the stage of the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, California.

Curtis Hixon Hall was an indoor sports arena, convention center, concert venue, and special events center which was located at 600 Ashley Drive along the Hillsborough River in downtown Tampa, Florida. It opened in 1965, and was the primary concert, indoor sports, and civic gathering place for the city of Tampa for about twenty years. The construction of newer and more specialized facilities around town during the 1980s gradually reduced the number of events held at Curtis Hixon Hall, and the opening of the much larger Tampa Convention Center in 1990 made it obsolete.

The arena was opened in 1965 and demolished in 2004. It adjoined the Mahaffey Theater, which is still standing.

With the opening of Walt Disney World in 1971, attendance dropped drastically, and the park was closed in 1973.

The property currently has three hotel towers, a 140,000 sq ft (13,000 m2) casino, large poker room, a 4-acre (1.6 ha) lagoon-style pool facility with a center bar and many private restaurants, shops, spa, cabanas, bars and nightclubs, and the Hard Rock Event Center. A large expansion was completed in October 2019.

In the past, Jai alai matches took place there, the last one being held in January 2021. Likewise, the arena had been used 89 times for boxing events, including many involving famous former world champion boxers. After a bankruptcy, an affiliate of ABC Funding acquired Casino Miami in 2014. Phil Ruffin bought Casino Miami on December 3, 2018.
