Sura Quta (Patamanta)

Sura Quta [1] (Aymara sura dry jiquima, a species of Pachyrhizus, [2] quta lake, [3] "sura lake", hispanicized spellings Sora Kkota, Sora Kota) is a small lake west of the Cordillera Real of Bolivia located in the La Paz Department, Los Andes Province, Pukarani Municipality, Patamanta Canton, south east of the Kunturiri massif and Tuni Lake. It is situated at a height of about 4,532 metres (14,869 ft), about 0.4 km long and 0.36 km at its widest point.

Kunturiri is a mountain in the Cordillera Real of Bolivia, about 5,648 metres (18,530 ft) high. It is also the name of the whole massif. Kunturiri is located in the La Paz Department, Los Andes Province, Pukarani Municipality, southeast of Chachakumani and northwest of Huayna Potosí.

Juri Quta is a lake in the Cordillera Real of Bolivia located in the La Paz Department, Los Andes Province, Pukarani Municipality, Wayna Potosí Canton. It is situated at a height of about 4,932 metres (16,181 ft) south west of the Kunturiri massif and west of lake Ch'iyar Quta.

Taypi Chaka Quta is a lake west of the Cordillera Real of Bolivia located in the La Paz Department, Los Andes Province, Pukarani Municipality, Tuquia Canton, on the border to Batallas Municipality. It is situated at a height of about 4,412 metres (14,475 ft), south west of Sura Quta, a lake connected with Taypi Chaka Quta by the Link'u River that flows down from the Cordillera Real towards Lake Titicaca.

Janqu Quta (El Alto)

Janq'u Quta is a lake in Bolivia located in the La Paz Department, Pedro Domingo Murillo Province, El Alto Municipality. It is situated south of the mountain Wayna Potosí and north-east of Milluni Lake at a height of about 4,664 metres (15,302 ft). The little lake north-east of Janq'u Quta is named Pata Quta (Pata Khota).

Lawrawani is a lake west of the Cordillera Real of Bolivia located in the La Paz Department, Los Andes Province, Batallas Municipality, Kirani Canton. It is situated at a height of about 4,475 metres (14,682 ft), south-west and west of two slightly larger lakes, Khotia Quta and Q'ara Quta, and south-west of the mountains Warawarani and Phaq'u Kiwuta.

Juri Quta is a lake in the Cordillera Real of Bolivia located in the La Paz Department, Los Andes Province, Batallas Municipality, Turquia Canton. It lies north of the Kunturiri massif, south-east of Wila Lluxita and east of Wila Lluxi, at the feet of Mullu Apachita and Jisk'a Turini. Juri Quta is situated at a height of about 4,596 metres (15,079 ft), about 0,5 km long and 0,25 km at its widest point. The little lake north of Juri Quta is named Ch'uxña Quta.

Janq'u Quta is a lake in the Cordillera Real of Bolivia located in the La Paz Department, Los Andes Province, Batallas Municipality, Kirani Canton. It lies north-west of the Kunturiri massif, east of Wila Lluxi and south of Janq'u Uyu. Janq'u Quta is situated at a height of about 4,940 metres (16,210 ft), about 0.95 km long and 0.38 km at its widest point.

Q'ara Quta is a lake on the western side of the Cordillera Real of Bolivia located in the La Paz Department, Los Andes Province, Batallas Municipality, Comunidad Alto Peñas. It lies north-west of the Kunturiri massif, between the lakes Wichhu Quta (5 km) in the south-west and Khotia Quta and Janq'u Quta in the north-east. The lakes are connected by Jach'a Jawira, a river which originates near the mountain Wila Lluxita and flows down to Lake Titicaca. Q'ara Quta is situated at a height of about 4,400 metres (14,400 ft), about 5 km long and 0,65 km at its widest point.

Laram Quta (El Alto)

Laram Quta is a lake in Bolivia located in the La Paz Department, Pedro Domingo Murillo Province, El Alto Municipality. It lies south of the mountain Chacaltaya, south-east of Milluni Lake, south-west of the Qillwani Lakes and north-west of Qillwani (Khelluani). Laram Quta is situated at a height of about 4,556 metres (14,948 ft), about 0,5 km long and 0,17 km at its widest point.

Parina Quta is a lake in Bolivia in the Oruro Department, Carangas Province, Corque Municipality. It is situated west of Poopó Lake, about 3,753 m (12,313 ft) high. Parina Quta is about 1.9 km long and 0.5 km at its widest point.

Laram Quta is a lake in Bolivia located in the La Paz Department, Los Andes Province, Pucarani Municipality. It lies south east of Wiñaymarka, the southern part of Lake Titicaca and south of Pucarani. Laram Quta is situated at a height of about 3,850 metres (12,630 ft), about 1.7 km long and 0.4 km at its widest point.

Waña Quta is a lake in Bolivia in the La Paz Department, Inquisivi Province, Ichoca Municipality, Ichoca Canton. It lies south east of the Kimsa Cruz mountain range, the village and the mountain Waña Quta. The lake is about 0.5 km long and 0.4 km at its widest point and situated at a height of about 4,761 metres (15,620 ft).

Laram Quta is a lake in Bolivia in the La Paz Department, Inquisivi Province, Quime Municipality. It lies on the western slope of the Kimsa Cruz mountain range, at the foot of the Laram Quta glacier and Mount Gigante, north west of the lake Wallatani. Laram Quta is about 1.6 km long and 0.6 km at its widest point and situated at a height of about 4,862 metres (15,951 ft).

Qachu Quta or Llachu Quta is a Bolivian lake on the west side of the Apolobamba mountain range. It is situated in the La Paz Department, Bautista Saavedra Province, Charasani Municipality, Charasani Canton, northwest of Charasani, southeast of the Janq'u Qala Lake and east of the small lake named Ch'uxña Quta. Qachu Quta is about 0.9 km long and 0.5 km at its widest point and situated at a height of about 4,466 metres (14,652 ft).

Sura Kuchu (Bolivia)

Sura K'uchu is a region in the Cordillera Occidental in the Andes of Bolivia. It is located in the Oruro Department, Sajama Province, Turku Municipality, Chachakumani Canton. Sura K'uchu is situated south-east of the Uqi Uqini volcano and north-east of the volcano Umurata. It lies south of National Route 4 near the Chungara-Tambo Quemado pass. The river Jaruma originates here. It flows to the north-east as an affluent of the Sajama River.

Sura Quta is a lake west of the Cordillera Real of Bolivia located in the La Paz Department, Los Andes Province, Pukarani Municipality, Wayna Potosí Canton, on the border to Batallas Municipality. It is situated at a height of about 4,491 metres (14,734 ft), about 1.77 km long and 0.7 km at its widest point. Sura Quta lies north east of Taypi Chaka Quta. The lakes are connected by the Link'u River that flows down from the Cordillera Real towards Lake Titicaca.

Sirk'i Quta is a lake in Bolivia located in the La Paz Department, Pedro Domingo Murillo Province, La Paz Municipality, south of the Qutapata National Park It lies between the Inkachaka Lake in the west and the mountain Sirk'i Qullu in the east. Sirk'i Quta is situated at a height of about 4,814 metres (15,794 ft), 0.73 km long and 0.28 km at its widest point.

Tira Qullu is a 4,832-metre-high (15,853 ft) mountain in the western extension of the Cordillera Real in the Andes of Bolivia. It is located in the La Paz Department, Los Andes Province, Pucarani Municipality. Tira Qullu lies between the lakes Sura Quta and Taypi Chaka Quta in the west and Juri Quta in the east. It is situated south-west of the mountains Jach'a Jipiña and Milluni.

Qullqi Warani Mountain in Bolivia

Qullqi Warani is a mountain in the Oruro Department in Bolivia at the border with Chile, north-west of the extinct Sajama volcano. It is situated in the Sajama Province, in the west of the Curahuara de Carangas Municipality. According to the Bolivian IGM map 1:50,000 'Nevados Payachata Hoja 5739-I' it lies entirely on Bolivian terrain. Qullqi Warani lies south-west of the mountains Jisk'a Kunturiri and Patilla Pata, north of Phaq'u Q'awa and south-east of Kunturiri. The little lakes Q'asiri Quta (Khasiri Kkota) and Sura Pata (Sora Pata, Sorapata) lie at its feet, east and north of it.
