Surekha Vani is an Indian actress who predominantly works in Telugu and Tamil films. [2] She is known for doing supporting roles in various films. She did over 100 films in the span of 18 years.
Surekha is born in 1981 in Vijayawada, India. [3] At the age of 8, she started hosting few cultural programmes and local TV shows in Vijayawada. [4] She became a full-fledged commentator after Intermediate education. After her marriage, she co-hosted Maa Talkies and Heart Beat with her husband on Maa TV and hosted the Moguds Pellams show along with Sivaji Raja, which was directed by her husband. [5]
She made her debut in Tollywood in the 2003 film Tiger Harischandra Prasad. [6] Surekha made her Tamil film debut in 2010 in the film Uthamaputhiran, which is the remake of 2008 Telugu film Ready. She reprised her role in Tamil version from the original version.
Surekha married Suresh Teja, who directed various Telugu television series and shows. [7] Due to prolonged illness, Suresh died on May 6, 2019 in Hyderabad, India. [8] [9] They have a daughter named Supritha. [10]

Akkineni Nagarjuna Rao is an Indian film actor, producer, television presenter, and entrepreneur.
