Svetlana Guskova (born 19 August 1957) is a Moldovan runner who competed for the Soviet Union.
She was born in Mykolaiv. She won the bronze medal in 1500 metres at the 1979 European Indoor Championships. [1] In 1982 she recorded a time of 3:57.05 minutes in the distance, as well as 8:29.36 minutes in the 3000 metres.
In 1986 she finished fifth in the 10,000 metres at the 1986 European Championships.[ citation needed ] 31:42.43 minutes was a career best time. She also recorded 15:02.12 minutes in the 5000 metres.

Svetlana Aleksandrovna Masterkova is a Russian former middle-distance runner and former women's world record holder for the mile and the current 1000 metres world record. At the 1996 Summer Olympics, she won the gold medal in both the 800 metres and 1500 metres.
José Luis González Sánchez is a Spanish former middle-distance runner. He represented Spain at the Olympics on three occasions with his best performance being a semi-final run in the 1500 m in 1980.
Nikolina Pavlova Shtereva is a retired Bulgarian middle-distance runner who specialised in the 800 and 1500 metres. She won fourteen national titles in Bulgaria, and is still the Bulgarian record holder in the 800 metres.

Deborah Dawn "Debbie" Scott-Bowker is a Canadian former middle- and long-distance runner. A three-time Olympian for Canada, she reached the 1500 m final in 1984, and both the 1500 m and 3000 m finals in 1988. She was also a three-time World Championship finalist, reaching the 1500 m and 3000 m finals in 1987, and the 1500 m final in 1991.
