Swimming at the 2013 Canada Summer Games was in Sherbrooke, Quebec at the Universite de Sherbrooke for diving and swimming. It was held from the 4 to 17 August. There were 70 events of swimming. [1]

The FINA World Junior Swimming Championships is a swimming championship event organized by FINA for girls aged 14–17 and boys aged 15–18 on 31 December of the year of the competition. It is held biennially, and has been held since 2006.
Jessica Tatiana Long is a Russian-born naturalized American Paralympic swimmer from Bratsk, Russia, who competes in the S8, SB7 and SM8 category events. She has held many world records and competed at four Paralympic games, winning 23 medals, making her one of the most successful athletes in Paralympic games history. She has also won over 50 world championship medals.
