Muhammad Syamim bin Othman (born 6 January 1990) [2] is a Malaysian footballer who plays for Penang as a goalkeeper.
Muhammad Syamim Othman was born in Kuala Lumpur. [2]
He began his career with hometown team Selangor in 2007 when he was almost 18 years old. He later joined Harimau Muda B after impressing the national youth club. After spending a few years at the club, he joined Harimau Muda A for the U-21's once he exceeded the age limit for Harimau Muda B.
Syamim played for Johor [2] in 2013. In the season of 2014, he was transferred to Selangor and was selected as the number one goalkeeper.
The Bukit Jalil Sports School (BJSS) is the first sports school in Malaysia. The school is located at the National Sports Complex compound in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur.
Megat Amir Faisal Al Khalidi bin Ibrahim is a Malaysian footballer who is a former football player and now he is a professional coach. He has coached Harimau Muda U23 and Malaysia Team U23 to national level in 2015 and 2016. He has also coached Felcra and Kedah. He is the current First Team Goalkeeper Coach for PJ City FC. Harimau Muda is a former Malaysia national under-22 football team. The squad is the feeder team for senior national football team. The club is managed by the Football Association of Malaysia. After winning the Premier League in 2009, the club were split into two teams, Harimau Muda A and Harimau Muda B due to schedule conflicts between league and international matches. Harimau Muda was reinstated in 2015 by combining Harimau Muda A and B back into a single U-22 team with the exception of Harimau Muda C which still plays in FAM League. On 25 November 2015, it was confirmed that the Harimau Muda has disbanded by FAM which means all the player from Harimau Muda A, Harimau Muda B and Harimau Muda C will be returned to their own state.
