Business Sydney [a] was established in 1825 as the Sydney Chamber of Commerce and is almost as old as the NSW Legislative Council. [2] [3] It is an advocacy group for businesses in the city. [4] Today, it is a division of the NSW Business Chamber. It is the peak body for business in NSW. [5] [6]
