Syed Mustafiz Ahmed (21 December 1941 - 11 September 2017, Cuttack) was an Indian politician who was member of Odisha Legislative Assembly from 1985 to 1995. He served as health and family Welfare Minister besides holding the portfolio of Textile and Industry Departments in chief minister Biju Patnaik's cabinet from 1990 to 1995. [1] [2] He was member of Janata Dal.

He died on 11 September 2017. [3] [4]

Keshubhai Patel was an Indian politician who was the Chief Minister of Gujarat in 1995 and from 1998 to 2001. He was a six-time member of Gujarat Legislative Assembly. He was a member of RSS since 1940s, of Bharatiya Jana Sangh in 1960s, Janata Party in 1970s, and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) from 1980. He subsequently left the BJP in 2012 and formed the Gujarat Parivartan Party. Janaki Ballabh Patnaik was an Indian politician who had been 25th Governor of Assam from 2009 to 2014. A leader of the Indian National Congress, he was Chief Minister of Odisha from 1980 to 1989 and again from 1995 to 1999, holding that post for the longest time on record before Naveen Patnaik. In 1950, he became the President of the Odisha state unit of the youth wing of the Congress. In 1980, he became the Union Minister for Tourism, Civil Aviation and Labour from 16 January to 7 June.
