T Cars was a saloon car-based motor racing series based in the United Kingdom, open exclusively to drivers between the ages of 14 and 17. The series was set up in 1999 and was the first championship in the UK to allow drivers under the age of 16 to drive racing cars. The series was dropped in 2008, due to poor grid entries, and was finally replaced by the new Fiesta Junior Championship for the 2010 season. [1]

The World Rally Championship is the highest level of global competition in the motorsport discipline of rallying, governed and organised by the FIA. There are separate championships for drivers, co-drivers and manufacturers, with a new teams championship added in 2021. The series currently consists of 12 two to three-day events driven on surfaces ranging from gravel and tarmac to snow and ice. Junior World Rally Championship

The FIA Junior World Rally Championship is an international rally competition restricted to drivers under 29 years old. The championship consists of select rallies on the FIA World Rally Championship (WRC) calendar. The category has been a stepping stone in the career of WRC Champions Sébastien Loeb and Sébastien Ogier, as well as current drivers such as Dani Sordo, Elfyn Evans and Thierry Neuville. Junior WRC differs from other WRC championships as all cars are identical, provided and serviced by the same entity under contract to the FIA. The car used in 2021 was a Ford Fiesta Rally4. Championship titles are awarded to the winning Driver and Co-Driver. There is also a Nations Trophy.

2019 European Rally Championship

The 2019 European Rally Championship was the 67th season of the FIA European Rally Championship, the European continental championship series in rallying. The season is also the seventh following the merge between the European Rally Championship and the Intercontinental Rally Challenge. Alexey Lukyanuk was the reigning champion and he returned to defend the title switching from a Ford Fiesta R5 to the Citroën C3 R5. On the final round at Rally Hungary, Chris Ingram became the first British driver in 52 years to win the title in a Skoda Fabia R5.
