Steen Eiler Rasmussen, Hon. FAIA was a Danish architect and urban planner who was a professor at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, and a prolific writer of books and poetry. He was made a Royal Designer for Industry by the British Royal Society of Arts in 1947.

Tingbjerg is a large housing project designed and built from 1950 to 1972 by Steen Eiler Rasmussen as principal architect. It is located in Copenhagen County, 6 km northwest of the center of Copenhagen in Denmark. The area is idyllic in its own green pocket surrounded by Vestvolden and Utterslev Mose. There is plenty of light and air, beautiful nature and rich wildlife. The inhabitants are mixed with Danes and immigrants. Of 6,566 inhabitants, 42% are native Danes, 37% are immigrants and 21% are Danes with immigrant parents.
The Villum Foundation ; formerly Villum Kann Rasmussen Foundation was set up in 1971 by civil engineer Villum Kann Rasmussen (1909–1993). 10 years later, he set up the Velux Foundation. Rasmussen was the founder of VELUX and Velfac, Danish window companies. Both foundations are part of VKR Holding A/S, owned by the Rasmussen family and the Villum Foundation, which is the main shareholder.

The South Campus is one of University of Copenhagen's four campuses in Copenhagen, Denmark. It is situated on Amager just south of Njalsgade, between Ørestad Boulevard and Amager Fælledvej, forming the northernmost part of Ørestad. It is home to the Faculty of Humanities which will later be joined by the Faculty of Theology and the Faculty of Law. Once completed, the campus will be home to about 12,000 students and researchers.

The UCPH School of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science is part of the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences at University of Copenhagen (UCPH) in Copenhagen, Denmark. Based at the university's Frederiksberg Campus in Frederiksberg and the Taastrup Campus in the suburb of Taastrup, the school originates in the Royal Veterinary and Agricultural University which was merged into UCPH in 2007. It is the only institution that trains veterinarians in Denmark. The programme is taught in two veterinary teaching hospitals, one at the Frederiksberg Campus and one for large animals in Taastrup.

Åbenrå is a street in the Old Town of Copenhagen, Denmark. It runs from Landemærket in the southeast to Rosenborggade in the northwest, linking Vognmagergade with Tornebuskgade. Tingbjerg Idrætspark is an association football facility in Brønshøj, Denmark. Nicknamed Tingbjerg Ground, it is the home stadium of 2nd Division club Brønshøj Boldklub. The facility consists of a football stadium, an artificial pitch, a single gravel pitch with artificial lights and six natural grass football pitches. The stadium has a capacity of 6,000, of which 600 is seated.
