Talking System is a tribute band to Modern Talking and Blue System, both founded by German producer and composer Dieter Bohlen.
Modern Talking was a German duo consisting of singer Thomas Anders and arranger, songwriter and producer Dieter Bohlen, with the participation of Luis Rodríguez in the production, the choir and background voices of Rolf Köhler, Michael Scholz and Detlef Wiedeke. They have been referred to as Germany's most successful pop duo, and have had a number of hit singles, reaching the top five in many countries. Some of their most popular and widely known singles are "You're My Heart, You're My Soul", "You Can Win If You Want", "Cheri, Cheri Lady", "Brother Louie", "Atlantis Is Calling " and "Geronimo's Cadillac".
Blue System was a German pop group that was founded by Dieter Bohlen in 1986 after the break-up of Modern Talking.
Dieter Bohlen is a German musician, songwriter, record producer, and television personality. Often referred to as the "Pop-Titan" in the German-speaking press, he first achieved fame as a member of pop duo Modern Talking in the 1980s, and has since produced numerous German and international artists. He is also a judge on casting shows Deutschland sucht den Superstar and Das Supertalent, having been present on all seasons of both shows.
The music project Modern System was created in tribute of Modern Talking and Blue System, with the main idea of make new versions of their old hits. They invited to the original choir of these projects, Rolf Köhler, Michael Scholz and Detlef Wiedeke, for the falsettos, and they recorded some of the most famous Modern Talking and Blue System songs, like Brother Louie , You're My Heart, You're My Soul , Cheri, Cheri Lady , My Bed is Too Big, Ready for the Victory , and others.

Michael Scholz is a German singer, composer, and producer. He is part of the choir of Rolf Köhler.
Detlef Wiedeke is a German singer, songwriter and record producer.
Ulrich Eichblatt is the vocal leader of Talking System, the name had to be changed temporarily to Talking System in response to legal threats from another band with the same name, but then they won the trial. Shortly before they released their debut album, (In My) Backstreet Heaven . [1] [2]
Despite negative feedback from their first album, the band announced the release of a new album, and they released several singles. In addition to Blue System and Modern Talking covers, they also released several original songs, but just two have been published: (In My) Backstreet Heaven and Rock Your Moviestar . [2]

The Psychedelic Furs are an English rock band founded in London in February 1977. Led by singer Richard Butler and his brother Tim Butler on bass guitar, the Psychedelic Furs were one of the many acts spawned from the British post-punk scene. Their music went through several phases, from an initially austere art rock sound, to later touching on new wave and hard rock.
Toad the Wet Sprocket is an American alternative rock band formed in 1986. "Quit Playing Games " is a song by American boy band Backstreet Boys. It was released as the fourth single from their international album. The song was recorded in June 1995 in Stockholm, Sweden and released in 1996. It reached #1 in Czech Republic, Germany, Switzerland and Austria, #2 in the United Kingdom, and #7 in the Netherlands. "Cheri, Cheri Lady" is the only single released from Modern Talking's second album Let's Talk About Love, and it was the third single in a row that peaked at number one in the German single chart, after "You're My Heart, You're My Soul" and "You Can Win If You Want". "Cheri, Cheri Lady" was released on 2 September 1985, but peaked at No. 1 in Germany on 14 October 1985. The single spent four weeks at the top and total of 24 weeks within the single chart in Germany and eventually went gold selling well over 250 000 units there.

Black Gives Way to Blue is the fourth studio album by the American rock band Alice in Chains, released on September 29, 2009. It is their first record without singer Layne Staley, who died in 2002. It instead features new vocalist and rhythm guitarist William DuVall sharing vocal duties with lead guitarist/vocalist Jerry Cantrell, who sings lead vocals on most of the songs. It is the first Alice in Chains album released on Virgin Records and their first venture away from Columbia, who handled all of their previous releases. The album debuted at No. 5 on the Billboard 200, and was certified gold by the RIAA on May 26, 2010, with shipments exceeding 500,000 copies and has sold 1 million copies worldwide. Dieter: Der Film is the soundtrack to the film of the same name. It was released on 3 March 2006 through Hansa Records, a day before the film premiere on RTL. It contains twelve new tracks written, produced, and performed by Dieter Bohlen, making it his first solo release since the Blue System album Here I Am (1997). It also features Modern Talking's first six singles "You're My Heart, You're My Soul", "You Can Win If You Want", "Cheri, Cheri Lady", "Brother Louie", "Atlantis is Calling ", and "Geronimo's Cadillac", as well as a previously unreleased song by the band titled "Shooting Star".

"Heaven and Hell" is a song by English rock band The Who written by group bassist John Entwistle. The studio version, which appeared on the B-side of the live "Summertime Blues" single, is currently available only on the Thirty Years of Maximum R&B boxed set and Who's Missing, though several live versions of the song exist on official releases. The song was one of many Entwistle B-side singles and one of his live staples.
