Talon of the Hawk is the second studio album by New Jersey rock band The Front Bottoms, released on May 21, 2013 on Bar/None.
The album's title is partly inspired by the character, Hawk, from the television series, Twin Peaks . Vocalist and guitarist Brian Sella stated: "I have this thing with pocket knives; I think they’re kind of cool. I was sitting in the van and drew this pocket knife. My girlfriend and I were watching Twin Peaks, and there’s this police officer on the show that’s called Hawk. I thought it was a badass nickname. So on the picture with the pocket knife, I wrote underneath it “Talon Of The Hawk,” just because it popped into my head and thought it was kind of cool. As it was getting close to the time we needed to make a decision on the album name, I found the picture with the pocket knife that I had drawn in the van coming back from recording. I just said the name and everyone kind of just agreed, and that's how it came up." [5]
On February 22, 2023, a 10 year celebratory special edition vinyl was announced alongside an album specific tour. This edition features the original artwork Sella created as the cover art. [6]

Vincent Moore is an American guitarist and a member of the British hard rock band UFO.
Goldfinger is an American punk rock band from Los Angeles, California, formed in 1994. In their early years the band was considered a contributor to the movement of third-wave ska, a mid-1990s revitalization in the popularity of ska. However, the releases of Open Your Eyes and Disconnection Notice saw the band shed most of the ska influence, and they have been more commonly placed in the punk rock genre in later years.
Devin Garrett Townsend is a Canadian singer, songwriter, musician, and record producer. He founded extreme metal band Strapping Young Lad and was its primary songwriter, vocalist, and guitarist from 1994 to 2007. He has also had an extensive solo career and has released a total of 28 albums across all of his projects as of 2022.

Sunflower is the 16th studio album by the American rock band the Beach Boys, released on August 31, 1970, and their first on Reprise Records. It received favorable reviews, but sold poorly, reaching number 151 on the US record charts during a four-week stay and becoming the lowest-charting Beach Boys album to that point. "Add Some Music to Your Day" was the only single that charted in the US, peaking at number 64. In the UK, the album peaked at number 29.
Imagination is the third solo album by American musician Brian Wilson. It was issued in 1998 on Giant Records and distributed by Warner Music Group. The album received mixed reviews upon its release and its commercial performance was relatively weak. Its best-known track is "Your Imagination", a Top 20 hit on adult contemporary radio. The second single, "South American", was co-written by Jimmy Buffett. Wilson dedicated the song "Lay Down Burden" to his brother Carl Wilson, who succumbed to cancer earlier in the year.

"The Hearts Filthy Lesson" is a song by English musician David Bowie from his 20th studio album, Outside (1995), and issued as a single ahead of the album. It showcased Bowie's new, industrial-influenced sound. Lyrically, the single connects with the rest of the album, with Bowie offering a lament to "tyrannical futurist" Ramona A. Stone, a theme continued in subsequent songs. The song is also meant to confront Bowie's own perceptions about the ritual creation and degradation of art. It appears in the end credits of the 1995 film Seven.

Skyla Talon is an American hard rock guitarist, singer-songwriter and record producer. Skyla is the vocalist/guitar player in Modelsaint. He is also known for his role as the guitarist in Scum of the Earth which is fronted by Riggs, formerly of Rob Zombie. Talon is also the founding member of Killingbird and Blackburner.
Filter is an American rock band formed in 1993 in Cleveland, Ohio, by singer Richard Patrick and guitarist and programmer Brian Liesegang. The band was formed when Patrick desired to start his own band after leaving Nine Inch Nails as their touring guitarist. Their debut album Short Bus was released in 1995 and ended up going platinum, largely due to the success of the single "Hey Man Nice Shot". After the album, the band would go through the first of many lineup changes, leaving Patrick as the only consistent member across all releases.

During live performances, they are currently accompanied by touring members, including guitarist and backing vocalist AJ Peacox, bassist and backing vocalist Natalie Newbold, and bassist, guitarist and backing vocalist Erik Kase Romero.

300: Rise of an Empire is the score album to the 2014 film of the same name directed by Noam Murro, a follow-up to the 2006 film 300. Zack Snyder, who directed the first film, served as the screenwriter and producer for the sequel. The score is composed by Tom Holkenborg, known under the stage name Junkie XL, as credited in the album. The film marked the beginning of a collaboration between Snyder and Holkenborg where the latter would work on Snyder's future directorial ventures, beginning with Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016). The album featuring 16-cues of Junkie XL's score running for one-hour and seven minutes, released through WaterTower Music on March 4, 2014, in digital and physical formats.
