Tanpopo 1 is the first album from the Japanese pop idol group Tanpopo. It was released March 31, 1999 with the catalog number EPCE-5017.

Paul Daniel "Ace" Frehley is an American musician, best known as the original lead guitarist and co-founding member of the hard rock band Kiss. He invented the persona of The Spaceman and played with the group from its inception in 1973 until his departure in 1982. After leaving Kiss, Frehley formed his own band named Frehley's Comet and released two albums with this group. He subsequently embarked on a solo career, which was put on hold when he rejoined Kiss in 1996 for a highly successful reunion tour.
19 was a Japanese pop/folk duo. Its members were Kenji Okahira and Keigo Iwase. The group broke up in March 2002. Kenji is now a member of the band 3B LAB.☆.
Kaori Iida is a Japanese pop singer and actress, associated with Hello! Project and best known as a founding member of the girl band Morning Musume. She has also recorded with the Morning Musume side project band Tanpopo and is currently a solo artist. During her time in the group, she was the tallest member (168 cm), earning her the nickname "Kaorin" & "Kao-tan". She is currently a member of Dream Morning Musume.
Tanpopo was a sub-group of the Japanese idol girl group Morning Musume and associated with Hello! Project. It was formed by Up-Front Promotion in November 1998 as Morning Musume's first sub-group. While the main group Morning Musume features predominantly upbeat songs with a fast tempo, Tanpopo featured slower tempo, sentimental and retro-style songs.
"Last Kiss" is a song released by Wayne Cochran in 1961 on the Gala label. It failed to do well on the charts. Cochran subsequently re-recorded his song for the King label in 1963. It was revived by J. Frank Wilson and the Cavaliers, who took it to number two on the Billboard Hot 100 charts. Wednesday, Pearl Jam, and several international artists also covered the song, with varying degrees of success. The song was one of several teen tragedy songs from that period.

Tanpopo Single V Clips 1 is a DVD compilation containing promotional videos of Tanpopo songs, including close-up versions and TV commercials as well. It was released on June 16, 2004 on the Zetima label.
Michiyo Nakajima is a Japanese actress, voice actress and former pop singer. Nakajima made her debut on 30 January 1991. Her final JPOP release was on 10 June 1998. She sang the ending theme for the animated (anime) version of Ranma ½, Season 5 (1991) - "Red Poppy" (Hinageshi). She also sang the opening and ending themes of Floral Magician Mary Bell (1992–93). The track 'Ano Subarashii Ai Wo Mou Ichido' from her 1992 Album 'Tanpopo' featured in the ending credits for Hideaki Anno's 1998 film Love & Pop.

The song was later featured in the group's first album Tanpopo 1 and in their second album All of Tanpopo. It was also featured as the first ending theme to the anime Sorcerous Stabber Orphen. It reached number two on the Japan Oricon charts.

Tamagotchi: The Movie is a 2007 Japanese animated film produced by OLM's Team Kamei division. It is the first Tamagotchi feature film ever produced, officially based on the digital pet franchise jointly created by Bandai and WiZ. It is directed by Jōji Shimura of Pokémon and written by Aya Matsui of Boys Over Flowers and was released in theaters by Toho on December 15, 2007, and on DVD on July 23, 2008 in Japan.
Yasutaka Nakata is a Japanese record producer and DJ. He formed the band Capsule in 1997 with vocalist Toshiko Koshijima and himself as composer and record producer when both were 17. The band debuted in 2001 with the song "Sakura".

The single features the group's "second generation" line-up of Ai Kago, Rika Ishikawa, Kaori Iida and Mari Yaguchi. The first press edition contained a limited-edition trading card.
"Ōjisama to Yuki no Yoru" is the seventh single of Morning Musume subgroup Tanpopo. It was released on November 21, 2001. The single peaked at #1 on the Oricon weekly charts, selling 129,980 copies in its first week, 201,040 copies overall, and charted for seven weeks.
All of Tanpopo is the second album by the Hello! Project girl group Tanpopo. It was released September 4, 2002 with the catalog number EPCE-5177. The limited edition contained a booklet with three different covers. The album peaked at #4 on the weekly Oricon chart and charted for five weeks, selling 75,670 copies in its first charting week.
