Pakistan Television Corporation ; also known as Pakistan Television, is the Pakistani state-owned broadcaster founded by the Government of Pakistan, operating under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. It was established on 26 November 1964, with a pilot television station established at Lahore.

Rahat Kazmi is a Pakistani actor, screenwriter, TV news presenter anchorman, and an academician. Besharam is a 2016 Pakistani drama serial that premiered on May 10, 2016 on ARY Digital. It is directed by Farooq Rind and written by Sarwat Nazir. It stars Saba Qamar, Zahid Ahmed, Atiqa Odho, Rehan Sheikh and Fia Khan in key roles. The serial is produced by Humayun Saeed and Shehzad Nasib under their production company Six Sigma Plus.
Yeh Ishq is a Pakistani drama television series directed by Badar Mehmood, written by Asma Sayani. It originally aired on ARY Digital in 2016-17.
Dasht is a 1993 Pakistani drama television series. It is a Balochi tribal love story directed by Abid Ali and F H Qureshi and written by Munnu Bhai. Noman Ijaz and Atiqa Odho acted in the lead roles alongside supporting actors such as Ayub Khoso, Abid Ali, Noor Muhammad Lashari, Fazila Qazi, Asad Malik and Sabiha Khanum.

Sahira Kazmi is a retired Pakistani actress, producer and director. She is best known for her role in the country's first-ever colour series Parchaiyan (1976) and for producing the cult-classic blockbuster series Dhoop Kinare (1987) and the acclaimed drama Nijaat (1993). She along with Uzma Gillani, Roohi Bano, Tahira Naqvi and Khalida Riyasat dominated the television screens of Pakistan during 1970s and 1980s.
Noor Ul Hassan is a Pakistani actor, television presenter, television host, and compère. He hosted the Ramadan transmission in 2011 and in 2014 for PTV Home. He appeared in acclaimed television serials such as Ishq Jalebi, Dar Si Jaati Hai Sila, Aangan, Ranjha Ranjha Kardi and Cheekh.
Saba Qamar is a Pakistani actress who works predominantly in Urdu films and television. Qamar started her career with PTV Home's classic television series Mein Aurat Hoon in 2004. She made her Lollywood debut with Sarmad Khoosat directorial film Manto in 2015 and Bollywood debut with Hindi Medium in 2017.
