Koza Plaza, located in the Esenler district of Istanbul, is Europe's largest wholesale retail facility of textiles.
China International Trust and Investment (CITIC) Plaza is an 80-storey, 391 m (1,283 ft) office skyscraper in the Tianhe District of Guangzhou, Guangdong, People's Republic of China. Its structural height includes two antenna-like spires on the top. Completed in June 1997, it was the tallest concrete building in the world until the completion of the Trump Tower Chicago, and the tallest in China. Currently, it ranks as the eighteenth-tallest building in China, 24th-tallest in Asia, and 35th-tallest worldwide.
Habib Bank Plaza, also known as HBL Plaza, located on I. I. Chundrigar Road in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan, is the head office of Habib Bank Limited. It was once the tallest building in Asia, a title that hasn't been held by any other building in South Asia, and was one of only three to hold the title outside of East and Southeast Asia, while still under construction between 1963 and 1968. It was also the tallest building in South Asia until 1972, when it was surpassed by Express Towers, in India. It remained the tallest building in Pakistan for four decades until the 29-floor and 116m tall MCB Tower was built, also in Karachi.
111 South Wacker Drive is a high-rise office building located in Chicago, Illinois. Completed in 2005 and standing at 681 feet, the 51 story blue-glass structure is one of the tallest in the city. It sits on the site of the former U.S. Gypsum Building, one of the tallest buildings in Chicago to be demolished.

It was completed in 1990, and at 117.65 m (386.0 ft), it is one of the tallest buildings in the city, and has the largest tenant occupancy in a commercial office building on the entire South West coast of Florida.

Şişli Plaza is a tower in Istanbul, Turkey and has 40 residential floors, but rises above a 4-floor retail facility and has a 2-floor radio station on top; making an overall total of 46 floors above ground. - The floor-to-floor heights of the residential flats are 3.50 metres, while those of the retail facility are 4.00 metres. The radio station floors on top are higher than the standard residential floors. - The Şişli Plaza project, which is built on 15,484 m2 (166,670 sq ft) land and has an interior area of 103,403 m2 (1,113,020 sq ft) consists of three residential blocks. Blocks A and C have 9 floors, while block B has 46 floors.

1000 Lake Shore Plaza is a 590 ft (180m) tall skyscraper in Chicago, Illinois. It was completed in 1964 and has 55 floors. Sidney Morris designed the building, which is the 47th tallest in Chicago. When it was completed, it was claimed as the tallest reinforced concrete building in the world, but the Tour de la Bourse in Montreal was completed the same year, thus taking the title. The tower was also the tallest building in Chicago with balconies until the Park Tower was completed in 1999.
South Quay Plaza is a residential-led development under construction on the Isle of Dogs, London, England, within the borough of Tower Hamlets. It is being developed by Berkeley Group Holdings and was designed by architect Foster + Partners. The site of the development lies to the immediate north of Marsh Wall and to the immediate south of the financial district Canary Wharf. The entire development is scheduled for completion in 2028.
BOK Park Plaza is an office skyscraper in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Construction began in 2015 and the building was completed in 2018. At a height of 433 ft, it is the fourth tallest building in Oklahoma City. The building contains 27 floors and received an LEED-CS GOLD energy label.
The Eye of Spring Trade Center, also known as Dongfeng Plaza, is a complex of two skyscrapers under construction in Kunming, China. The towers will be 100 storeys at 407 metres (1,335.3 ft) and 72 storeys at 326 metres (1,069.6 ft) tall. Once completed, they will be the tallest in Kunming and Yunnan province.
The Far Eastern Plaza is a set of twin skyscrapers located in Daan District, Taipei, Taiwan. The buildings are each 165 m (541 ft) in height 41 floors above the ground. The towers, designed by the Taiwanese architect Chu-Yuan Lee and the P&T Group, were completed in 1994 and were among the earliest skyscrapers in Taipei.
The Crystal Plaza, also known as Water Cube, is a residential skyscraper located in Tamsui, New Taipei, Taiwan. It is designed by C.Y. Lee & Partners and was completed in 2013. The height of the building is 160.6 m (527 ft), with a floor area of 60,278.65 m2 (648,834.0 sq ft), and it has 41 floors above ground, as well as six basement levels. It is the tallest building in Tamsui.
The Asia Plaza is a vision supertall skyscraper that will rise 431 m (1,414 ft) in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. The building will comprise 103 floors above ground as well as 7 basement levels. It is a part of the Asia Plaza Tri-Tower Complex, that comprise three buildings: the 103-storey Asia Plaza, the 49-storey Far Eastern Ding Ding Hotel and the 18-storey Mega'21 Far Eastern Shopping Complex, of which only the shopping complex was completed in 2001.
