Temitope Duker (born 22 July 1978) is a Nigerian filmmaker and radio show host. [1] [2]
Duker was born on 22 July 1978, into the Olowogbowo neighborhood of Lagos Island Local Government of Lagos State. Temitope was born into the family of Hon. Ayodele Benjamin, one time Acting chairman of the old Lagos Island and Chairman Lagos Divisional Football Association, who later became a board member of Lagos State Sports Council. [3]
Duker is married to Fidelis Duker, [4] one of Nollywood’s early filmmakers and festival organizers; and they have three children together . [5]
Temitope Duker started her career in the Nollywood industry as a filmmaker in 1997 after working as assistant producer on Nemesis, a project produced by her husband Fidelis and released the same year. Since then she has gone on to produce and work as director for several movies, with her latest being Carwash (2021), a movie that starred Lateef Adedimeji, Dayo Amusa, Eniola Ajao and Jide Kosoko. In 2003, Duker joined her husband to found the Abuja International Film Festival (AIFF), acting as Festival Coordinator from 2003 to 2019, then acting as Festival Director in 2019. [6]
Currently, Duker sits on the board as an executive director of the Fad Media Group owners of Fad FM 93.1 and Fad360 TV in Calabar and Lagos. Duker also hosts a radio show called Serenade With Boss lady. [7]

Mokalik is a 2019 Nigerian bilingual comedy drama film produced and directed by veteran filmmaker Kunle Afolayan. The film stars newcomer Toni Afolayan in the male lead role along with Femi Adebayo. The film had its theatrical release on 31 May 2019 and received extremely positive reviews from critics while also performing well at the box office. It was acquired by Netflix in July 2019 and was streamed on 1 September 2019. The film has been included as a part of "Made in Africa" collection in May 2020 by Netflix to be streamed amid the global COVID-19 pandemic. The film was also nominated for the Best Film category during the 2019 Durban International Film Festival. The film was also premiered in several film festivals.

The film was produced by Rotimi Adelola, from a screenplay by Niji Akanni and translated to Yoruba by Prof. Mrs. Oluwayemisi Adebowale. The story was written by Rotimi Adelola, inspired by Patriots and Sinners, a novel written by Nnenna Ihebom. The script contributors include Tunde Kelani, Rotimi Adelola, Niji Akanni, Muritala Sule, film director Dami Taiwo and Jibola Soyele. The film received positive reviews from critics and was screened at several international film festivals
Breaded Life is a 2021 Nigerian dramedy film written and directed by Biodun Stephen. Co-produced by Biodun Stephen, Tara Ajibulu and Kayode Sowade, it stars Timini Egbuson, Bimbo Ademoye, Tina Mba and Adedimeji Lateef. Breaded Life is a spin-off of the 2016 romantic comedy, Picture Perfect, and contains some of the original cast members.
Ayinla is a 2021 musical eponymous film based on the life of Ayinla Yusuf popularly known as Ayinla Omowura, an Apala musician who was stabbed to death by his manager named Bayewu in a bar fight on 6 May 1980 at Abeokuta. The film premiered on 13 June 2021 in Lagos and was released to theatres on 18 June 2021. Directed by Tunde Kelani, the film was set in the 1970s and early 1980s and shot in Abeokuta, Ogun State. Lateef Adedimeji assumed the role of Ayinla, starring alongside Omowumi Dada, Bimbo Manuel, Ade Laoye, Kunle Afolayan, Bimbo Ademoye and Mr Macaroni. Ayinla is Kelani's first major film since his 2015 release of Dazzling Mirage. The budget for this feature film is officially given as ₦50 Million.

The film centers on themes of tradition and family ties; it portrays Nigerian culture interwoven with disability and focuses on a deep-rooted belief about children living with disabilities, as experienced by the producers who have a child living with autism. Lisabi: The Uprising is a 2024 Nigerian historical drama film directed by Niyi Akinmolayan, and produced by Adebimpe Oyebade and Victoria Akujobi. The cast features Lateef Adedimeji, Adebimpe Oyebade, Ibrahim Chatta, Jide Awobona, Eniola Ajao, and Adebowale Adedayo. The plot follows Lisabi Agbongbo-Akala, a farmer-driven to vengeance after witnessing the brutal killing of his close friend by the Alaafin of Oyo and his ally, Songodeyi. The film is loosely based on the historic 18th-century Lisabi Rebellion of Abeokuta.
