Tengiz Meskhadze (born 8 February 1969) is a Georgian boxer. He competed in the men's welterweight event at the 1996 Summer Olympics. [1]
The 1920 Summer Olympics, officially known as the Games of the VII Olympiad and commonly known as Antwerp 1920, were an international multi-sport event held in 1920 in Antwerp, Belgium.

Tengiz Karamanovich Khubuluri is a retired Georgian half-heavyweight judoka. He won the world title in 1979 and 1981, the European title in 1976 and 1979, and finished second at the 1980 Olympics. In 1979 he was named Georgian Athlete of the Year.
Avtandil Nikolozis dze Gogoberidze, nicknamed "Basa", was a Soviet and Georgian football player. He was a Grigory Fedotov club member. His son Tengiz Gogoberidze played one game in the Soviet Top League for FC Dinamo Tbilisi.
Tengiz Gudava was a Georgian author and human rights activist who was expelled from the Soviet Union in 1987 and worked for Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty for 17 years. He died in Prague in 2009 under ill-defined circumstances.
The 1962 World Rowing Championships were the inaugural world championships in rowing. The competition was held in September 1962 on the Rotsee in Lucerne, Switzerland. Rowers from West Germany dominated the competition, winning five of the seven boat classes.
Levan Moseshvili was a Georgian basketball player. Playing for the Soviet team he won a silver medal at the 1964 Summer Olympics. Between 1972 and 1998 he was the head coach of Dynamo Tbilisi and after that headed the Georgian team.
