Previously Sunny and Bobby had worked together in Dillagi (1999) and Dharmendra and Sunny had also appeared together in Sultanat (1986) and Kshatriya (1993). Katrina Kaif, Shilpa Shetty and Kirron Kher play the female leads. The film opened to an excellent response across India and emerged as a hit overseas as well.
Aap Kaa Surroor is a 2007 Indian Hindi-language romantic thriller film directed by Prashant Chadha and starring singer Himesh Reshammiya in his debut as an actor, alongside Hansika Motwani and Malika Sherawat. Reshammiya has claimed the story is based on his own life and was named after his music album Aap Kaa Surroor. It was shot mostly in Germany and was released on 29 June 2007. Critics panned the film although it turned out to be a commercial success. This was Hansika's first Hindi film as a leading actress, as she was previously seen in all her Hindi movies as a child star.

Naseeruddin Shah, Shekhar Kapur, Kabir Bedi, and Monica Dogra play the supporting roles. Teraa Surroor was released on 11 March 2016 in over 1000 cinemas all over India. The basic plot of the movie was based on the 2010 Hollywood film The Next Three Days which itself was a remake of 2008 French movie Anything for Her.
