Teresa Tseng is a Taiwanese singer and actress. She is known for coming in second place in the Singaporean television music competition Campus SuperStar , as well as starring in several Singaporean television series, such as Let It Shine and Table of Glory .

Career

While Tseng was attending CHIJ Katong Convent, she participated in the Singaporean television music competition Campus SuperStar , where she came in second place. [1] Following this, she starred in the drama television series Let It Shine in 2007. [2] She then starred in the sports and romance drama television series Table of Glory . [3]

She returned to Taiwan after graduating from Ngee Ann Polytechnic in 2013 to pursue a singing career. She participated in the Chinese reality singing competition Chinese Idol and the Taiwanese reality singing competition Chinese Million Star later that year. She released her first EP, Want To Meet Someone, in 2016. She returned to Singapore in 2017 to star in the television drama Mind Matters . [1]

Campus SuperStar is a Singaporean television music competition to find new singing talent. Contestants are students from secondary schools, junior colleges and institutes of technical education. The first season began airing on MediaCorp Channel U on 2 January, 2006 and ended on 3 April, 2006. The original lineup of judges were Foong Wai See, Cavin Soh and Peter Tan. Li Feihui was brought in as the fourth judge in the first week of semi-final. Hong Junyang, Dasmond Koh and Sugianto hosted the show.

Cheeyang Ng, also known as Zhiyang, is a Singaporean singer-songwriter currently based in New York City. Ng had performed around the world, including Lincoln Center with Carole King and Carnegie Hall with a cappella group Vocalosity. They got their start from winning the first season of Campus SuperStar in Singapore, going on to represent Singapore in Taiwan CTV's One Million Star. They are a graduate of Berklee College of Music and New York University Tisch School of the Arts Graduate Musical Theatre Writing.
