"That's My Name" is the title of the platinum selling single by popular Romanian dance-pop group Akcent. It is one of their most successful hits, topping charts in countries like Romania and Italy.[ citation needed ] It was produced by Romanian DJ/producer Edward Maya, thus sounding similar to his hit "Stereo Love", notable for its famous accordion hook. In 2009 the song was released as a promotional single in Europe. [1] Akcent promoted the song by performing in a number of events, and visited countries like India and Pakistan, performing at parties and nightclubs. [2] It was included in the Just Dance: Volume 3 compilation album released by The Island Def Jam Music Group. [3] "That's My Name" had been well received by fans. [4] [5] Ultra Records in the U.S. released the song as well in 2009-10.

Goodies is the debut studio album by American singer Ciara. It was released on September 28, 2004, via Jazze Pha's Sho'nuff Records and LaFace Records. After writing songs for several established acts, Ciara's talents were noticed by Jazze Pha, and she began to work on what became Goodies. The album's conception came through the title track, produced by Lil Jon and created as a female crunk counterpart to other singles produced by Lil Jon such as Usher's "Yeah!" and Petey Pablo's "Freek-a-Leek". Akcent Romanian dance pop act

Akcent is a multi-certified, award-winning Romanian dance pop act whose members sing in Romanian, English and Spanish. Their name originated as a wordplay on accent. The group was created by Adrian Sînă, and Ramona Barta. Their first single "Nu-mi pasă de nimeni" received positive reactions from critics and became the reason Catalin Muraru signed them to Roton in 1999. They released their debut album Senzatzia in 2000. Except for the first track, "Ultima vara", which received some airplay, the album was a commercial failure and the band disbanded. Soon after, Sînă brought Marius Nedelcu, Mihai Gruia and Sorin Brotnei into the group, changing it from a duo to a boyband. They came to prominence once with the release of their hit single "Ți-am promis".

Adrian Claudiu Sînă, better known as Adrian Sina or simply Adi Sina, is a Romanian singer-songwriter, record producer, radio DJ and entertainer. He is best known for creating, producing and singing in the dance group Akcent and also for writing and producing mainstream hit songs for himself and other international artists. He started out as a disc jockey in the 1990s and then created a group with his fellow musician Ramona Barta. He came to prominence as a member of Akcent with the song "Ultima vară" in 1999. His group was joined by Marius Nedelcu, Sorin Brotnei and Mihai Gruia. Together they scored multiple number-one hits both in Romania and throughout Eastern Europe, especially in the mid- to late 2000s. Their albums have been certified multi-Platinum by the Uniunea Naţională a Producătorilor de Fonograme din România and were sold in millions of copies worldwide. Their signature song was "Kylie", released in 2005.

"Kylie" is a song by Romanian group Akcent for their fourth and fifth studio albums, S.O.S. (2005) and French Kiss with Kylie (2006). It was written by two of the group's members, namely Adrian Sînă and Marius Nedelcu, alongside its producers Sebastian Barac, Radu Bolfea, Marcel Botezan and Viorel Şipoş, who also handled the mixing. The track was initially released as "Dragoste de închiriat" on 28 January 2005, before being re-released in June in English under its current title. "Kylie" is a dance track which talks about the group's fondness of Australian singer Kylie Minogue. A music critic likened the beginning of the track to Minogue's "Spinning Around" (2000) and pointed out that the song references one of Minogue's other singles, specifically "I Should Be So Lucky" (1987).
