The seventh season of the British-American animated television sitcom The Amazing World of Gumball , created by Ben Bocquelet, will premiere on Cartoon Network in the United States in 2025 or 2026 and will be produced by Hanna-Barbera Studios Europe. [a] [2] The series focuses on the misadventures of Gumball Watterson, a blue 12-year-old cat, along with his adopted brother, Darwin, a goldfish. Together, they cause mischief among their family, as well as with the wide array of students at Elmore Junior High, where they attend middle school.
At the 2023 Annecy International Animation Film Festival, a seventh season of The Amazing World of Gumball was announced to be in production, with no release date confirmed yet. [3] [4] An EIDR listing would reveal that the seventh season would have 40 episodes. [1] At the following year's festival, details on the seventh season were revealed, including the announcement that it was now under full production, and a preview of the episode "The Burger", [5] which will open the season, was showcased. [6] No set release date is confirmed yet, but it was announced that the season would release by 2025 or 2026. [2]

Courage the Cowardly Dog is an American animated comedy horror television series created by John R. Dilworth for Cartoon Network. It was produced by Dilworth's animation studio, Stretch Films. The eponymous character is an anxious dog who lives with an elderly couple, Muriel and Eustace Bagge, in a farmhouse in the middle of Nowhere, a fictional town in Kansas. In each episode, the Bagges are repeatedly thrown into bizarre, frequently disturbing, and often paranormal or supernatural adventures, with Courage often having to rescue his owners. What a Cartoon! is an American animated anthology series created by Fred Seibert for Cartoon Network. The shorts were produced by Hanna-Barbera Productions; by the end of the run, a Cartoon Network Studios production tag was added to some shorts to signal they were original to the network. The project consisted of 48 cartoons, intended to return creative power to animators and artists, by recreating the atmospheres that spawned the iconic cartoon characters of the mid-20th century. Benjamin Bocquelet is a French animator, writer, director and producer. He is best known as the creator and executive producer of the Cartoon Network animated series The Amazing World of Gumball. He was also the director of the 2003 short film The Hell's Kitchen. When Cartoon Network Development Studio Europe was created in 2007, Bocquelet was hired in order to help people pitch their projects to Cartoon Network after the dismissal of Nickelodeon and Jetix subdivisions of Europe. However, when the studio decided to have its employees all pitch their own ideas, he decided to take some of the rejected characters he had created for commercials and put them all in one series, with a school setting. Daniel Lennard, Khaki Jones, and Brian A. Miller, the Vice President of Original Series and Development at Turner Broadcasting System, liked the idea and the series was ultimately greenlit.
