The 2022 World Aquatics Championships, the 19th edition of the FINA World Aquatics Championships, is held in Budapest, Hungary, from 17 June to 3 July 2022. In March 2022, after the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine, FINA banned all Russians and Belarusians from competing at the championships.
