Eero Olavi Heinäluoma is a Finnish politician who has been serving as Member of the European Parliament since 2019. A former chairman of the Finnish Social Democratic Party, he was replaced in the party's leadership by Jutta Urpilainen in June 2008. He was Speaker of the Parliament of Finland 2011–2015.

The first season, which consisted of eleven episodes, premiered in Finland on 16 October 2016 on Yle TV1. Season two, containing ten episodes, premiered on 7 October 2018, and season three, containing another ten episodes, premiered in December 2019.
Bang and Whimper 2017 – The Farewell Tour was a concert tour by the Finnish gothic rock band HIM. Originally formed in 1991, the band announced on 5 March 2017 their plans to disband following a farewell tour that same year. HIM had taken a break during 2016 but began work on new material at the end of the year. According to vocalist Ville Valo, the band felt their new material was lacking, and the band members eventually decided to disband while they were all still on good terms.

Eight Deadly Shots is a Finnish drama film directed, written, produced by and starring Mikko Niskanen. Originally released as a four-part, five-hour miniseries in spring 1972, it was edited into a 145-minute movie by Jörn Donner. The film has generally been called Niskanen's "magnum opus".
Anselmi: The Young Werewolf is a 2014 Finnish werewolf-themed fantasy film written and directed by Matti Pekkanen. The film's story is set in 1980s South Ostrobothnia, where a 15-year-old boy named Anselmi, who lives in a small village with his father Manu, struggles with the challenges of puberty and tries to find out the fate of his missing mother. Aleksi Holkko stars in the film's title role. Other actors include the Finnish singer Pauli Hanhiniemi and the American actor Ron Jeremy.
The Island of Doom is a 2023 Finnish slasher horror film written, co-produced and directed by Keke Soikkeli. It tells the story of a group of young adults who go camping on a remote lake island, where they are stalked by someone. The film is introducing Sonja Aiello in the leading role.
