The Kitahama is a residential building in Kitahama, Chuo-ku, Osaka, Japan. Rising 209m tall, it is the fourth tallest building in Osaka Prefecture, and the 22nd tallest building in Japan. [1] [2] It is also the tallest residential building in Japan. [3] The closest train station to it is Kitahama Station.

Nakanoshima Park

The Nakanoshima Park is the first public park opened by Osaka in 1891, after its foundation as a city. It is located in Kita ward, on the Nakanoshima (中之島) sandbank, lying between Dōjima and Tosabori Rivers. The 11 hectare park houses public facilities such as Osaka Central Public Hall, Osaka Prefectural Nakanoshima Library and Museum of Oriental Ceramics. It also holds a rose garden. The City Hall of Osaka building is located on its west end.

The Nishi-Shinjuku 3-Chōme Redevelopment (西新宿三丁目西地区市街地再開発) is a large proposed redevelopment project in Nishi-Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan. The proposal includes a 77-story office tower, two 66-floor and one 50 floor residential towers. The 77-story office tower, called East Office Tower (東オフィス棟), is set to rise 338 metres (1,109 ft) and become Japan's tallest building, taking the title away from the Abeno Harukas in Osaka. The office tower would also become Japan's first supertall skyscraper over 300 metres (984 ft). Two identical 66-floor residential towers, called North Residential Tower (北住宅棟) and South Residential Tower (南住宅棟) will rise 245 metres (804 ft). The third and shortest residential building, West Residential Tower (西住宅棟), will rise 190 metres (623 ft) and contain 50 residential floors. The entire complex was slated for completion in 2010, but as of 2010, plans for the complex are still on hold for unannounced reasons.

Abenobashi Terminal Building building

Abenobashi Terminal Building (阿部野橋ターミナルビル) is a multi-purpose commercial facility in Abenosuji Itchome, Abeno-ku, Osaka, Japan. It consists of the New Annex (新館), Eastern Annex (東館), and a 300 m (984 ft) tall skyscraper Abeno Harukas (あべのハルカス). The reconstruction began in January 2010, and opened on March 7, 2014. The building is 300 meters tall and has 62 floors, making it the tallest building in Japan.

Central Park Tower

Central Park Tower is a supertall mixed-use commercial/residential project being developed by the Extell Development Company and Shanghai Municipal Investment Group in Midtown Manhattan, New York City, in the U.S. state of New York. The building will rise 1,550 feet (472 m) to the roof. Upon completion, Central Park Tower will become the second-tallest skyscraper in the United States and the Western Hemisphere and the tallest by roof height of a building outside of Asia, surpassing the Willis Tower by around 95 feet.

The Owl Tower (アウルタワー) is a residential building in the Toshima special ward of Tokyo, Japan. Completed in January 2011, it stands at 189.2 m (621 ft) tall, with the top floor located at 182.8 m (600 ft). It is the 38th tallest building in Tokyo and the 55th tallest building in Japan.

The Osaka Bay Tower (大阪ベイタワー), also known as ORC 1, is a mixed-use, mainly hotel and office, skyscraper in the Osaka Resort City 200 building complex located in the Minato-ku ward of Osaka, Japan. Completed in March 1993, it stands at 200 m (656 ft) tall, with the top floor located at 188.7 m (619 ft). It is the 5th tallest building in Osaka Prefecture and the 36th tallest building in Japan.
