The Last Resort is a role-playing game adventure published by TSR in 1985 for the Marvel Super Heroes role-playing game.
The Last Resort contains a scenario for four players, who take on the roles of the West Coast Avengers: Hawkeye, Mockingbird, Tigra and Wonder Man [1] (although there are suggestions for how the gamemaster can adapt the adventure to other superheroes). [2]
The four superheroes are planning to meet Iron Man in the Rocky Mountains for a weekend of rest, but when they arrive at the Boy Scout Jamboree where they were supposed to meet him, Iron Man is nowhere to be seen and hypnotized Boy Scouts attack them. [2]
The superheroes must find Iron Man's kidnapper, dealing with Plantman, Blizzard, Pyro, Whirlwind, the Radioactive Man and finally the Mandarin. [2]
After acquiring the license to produce a role-playing game based on the Marvel Comics universe, TSR first published Marvel Super Heroes in 1984, and followed with many adventures. One of them was MH7 The Last Resort, written by Kim Eastland, with a cover by Ron Frenz, published by TSR in 1985 as a 16-page book, with a large color map, and an outer folder. [1]
Marvel Super Heroes (MSHRPG) is a role playing game set in the Marvel Universe, first published by TSR as the boxed set Marvel Super Heroes: The Heroic Role-Playing Game under license from Marvel Comics in 1984. In 1986, TSR published the Marvel Superheroes Advanced Game, an expanded edition. Jeff Grubb designed both editions, and Steve Winter wrote both editions. Both use the same game system.
The Marvel Super Heroes Adventure Game is a role-playing game published by TSR, Inc. that uses the SAGA System and features characters published by Marvel Comics. It should not be confused with the earlier Marvel Super Heroes Game, also published by TSR, the later Marvel Universe Roleplaying Game, published by Marvel itself, or Marvel Heroic Roleplaying, published by Margaret Weis Productions.
The Marvel Comics character Iron Man has appeared in various other media since his debut in Tales of Suspense #39. Iron Man has been the focus of three animated series and a direct-to-DVD animated feature. An Iron Man live-action feature film starring Robert Downey Jr. as the character and directed by Jon Favreau was released in 2008, with Downey also appearing as the character in the two sequels Iron Man 2 and 3, in a cameo in The Incredible Hulk, and as a main character in several other films in the Marvel Cinematic Universe including The Avengers, Avengers: Age of Ultron, Captain America: Civil War, Spider-Man: Homecoming, Avengers: Infinity War, and Avengers: Endgame.
Marvel Super Heroes: The Heroic Role-Playing Game is a role-playing game boxed set published by TSR in 1984 for the Marvel Super Heroes role-playing game, and was the debut product for the game.

The island is home to four attractions, including The Incredible Hulk and The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man. Marvel Super Hero Island's architecture and theming is modeled after a Marvel comic book, with a comic book color scheme, amplified angles, and cutouts of many of the most popular Marvel characters.
