The Jin Mao Tower, also known as the Jinmao Building or Jinmao Tower, is a 420.5-meter-tall (1,380 ft), 88-story landmark skyscraper in Lujiazui, Pudong, Shanghai, China. It contains a shopping mall, offices and the Grand Hyatt Shanghai hotel which starts from the 53rd floor, which at the time of completion was the highest hotel in the world. Along with the Oriental Pearl Tower, the Shanghai World Financial Center and the Shanghai Tower it is part of the Lujiazui skyline seen from the Bund. It was the tallest building in China from its completion in 1999 until 2007, when it was surpassed by the Shanghai World Financial Center which is located close by. The Shanghai Tower, a 128-story building located next to these two buildings, surpassed the height of both these buildings in 2015, creating the world's first trio of adjacent supertall skyscrapers.

It was originally known as the Fullerton Building, and also as the General Post Office Building. The address is 1 Fullerton Square. The Fullerton Building was named after Robert Fullerton, the first Governor of the Straits Settlements (1826–1829). Commissioned in 1924 as part of the British colony's centennial celebrations, the building was designed as an office building by Major P.H. Keys of Keys & Dowdeswell, a Shanghai firm of architects, which won the project through an architectural design competition. The architectural firm also designed the Capitol Theatre, its adjoined Capitol Building and the Singapore General Hospital. In 2015, it is gazetted as a national monument of Singapore.

It lies within the Arts & Entertainment District. It was completed in 1986 and designed by the Atlanta architectural firm of Toombs, Amisano and Wells. It is a condominium and hotel. Floors 3–9 are hotel rooms. Floors 10–42 contain over 830 condominium units. The hotel portion contains 152 rooms, and was renovated in 2004. The building is very large, with almost 3.5 million square feet (325,161 m2) of floor space, though this likely includes a large parking garage across the street that is shared with the Omni complex.

In terms of room inventory, it is the third largest hotel in India with 600 rooms after Renaissance Mumbai Convention Centre Hotel and Grand Hyatt, both in Mumbai.
