The album was later re-released internationally under the title The Party Album!. Some press cited that all of the singles of this album were also singles of the re-released album.

The title references Ibiza, a Mediterranean island that is part of the Balearic Islands of Spain, while the pill was a "mystery" drug according to Posner; he later confirmed that the identity of the substance was MDMA.
