The Saddest Landscape formed in 2002. Besides numerous EPs and splits, they have released five studio albums: The Sound of the Spectacle, released in 2003 on Copter Crash Records; [1] Lift Your Burdens High for This Is Where We Cross, released in 2004 on Narshardaa Records; [2] You Will Not Survive, released in 2010 on Cover Your Heart Records; [3] [4] After the Lights, released in 2012 on Topshelf Records; [5] [6] and Darkness Forgives, released in 2015 also on Topshelf. [7] [8]

Popaganda is the second studio album by American rock band Head Automatica, released on June 6, 2006 through Warner Bros. Records. While touring in support of their debut studio album Decadence (2004), frontman Daryl Palumbo's Crohn's disease saw the cancellation of some shows throughout 2004 and 2005. By the middle of 2005, they had accumulated 40 songs; between October 2005 and January 2006, the band recorded their next album with producer Howard Benson. Sessions were held at two studios in California: Bay 7 in Valley Village and Sparky Dark in Calabasas. Popaganda is a power pop album that Palumbo said was influenced by the work of the Beatles and Elvis Costello.

Empire! Empire! was an American emo band from Michigan. It was formed in 2006 originally as a solo project of band member Keith Latinen. The band's first release was in 2007 with an EP titled When The Sea Became A Giant. The band released a full-length album, What It Takes To Move Forward, in 2009. The band is signed to Count Your Lucky Stars Records and has released albums on a number of other labels, such as strictly no capital letters (UK), Topshelf Records, Stiff Slack (Japan), and Hobbledehoy Record Co (Australia). The band released their second album You Will Eventually Be Forgotten on August 19, 2014. On February 16, 2016, the band announced their final tour before their breakup on their official Facebook page.

Their early musical style was inspired by post-rock and early screamo acts, and they were a part of the post-hardcore music movement, also represented by Touché Amoré, La Dispute, Defeater, and Make Do and Mend. The group reissued their well-received debut album Old Pride in 2010 through Topshelf Records.

Defeater is an American melodic hardcore band from Massachusetts, formed in 2008. To date they have released five full-length albums, two EPs and three singles. The band lineup consists of Derek Archambault (vocals), Jake Woodruff (guitar), Joe Longobardi (drums) and Mike Poulin (bass). The band's earlier works have been released via Bridge 9 Records, aside from the album Travels, which was initially released via Topshelf Records, but was later reissued on Bridge 9 Records. Hostage Calm was an American punk rock band from Wallingford, Connecticut, United States, formed in 2007. Hostage Calm released two extended plays, four full-length albums, and a split with punk band Anti-Flag. The band announced their breakup on October 8, 2014, and played their last show on March 6, 2015.

You Will Eventually Be Forgotten is the second and final LP by Fenton, Michigan emo band Empire! Empire!, released on August 19, 2014, on Count Your Lucky Stars Records and Topshelf Records. Pre-orders began on July 22, 2014, through the Count Your Lucky Stars store and the Topshelf Records store. The band has made "A Keepsake" and "If It's Bad News, It Can Wait" available for streaming ahead of the release date. Mineral's Chris Simpson and Braid's Bob Nanna have made guest appearances on the LP.
