The Victor is a colossal statue at the Pasig portion of Bridgetowne in Metro Manila, Philippines.
Robinsons Land announced in 2019 that it would be installing a colossal statue at Bridgetowne, its own township spanning Pasig and Quezon City. The statue which was named The Victor was projected to be the "tallest lighting projection" in the world. [1] The Victor would be unveiled in August 2023. [2]
The Victor was designed by Filipino-American artist Jefrë. It is mainly made from marine-grade perforated steel art from China. [1] It stands 55 meters (180 ft) on a 5 m (16 ft) podium. It weighs 299.37 tonnes (660,000 lb). [3]
It has a translucent surface which can be lit up with various colors at night through projection mapping. [4]
The Victor is a tribute to deceased businessman John Gokongwei. [4] The statue depicts a man with one arm raised as if it is celebrating a victory. Jefrë also dedicates the statue to the "global Filipino". [5]

Festival Alabang, is a shopping mall owned and operated by Filinvest Land, Inc. It is located at Filinvest City in Alabang, Muntinlupa, the Philippines. It opened on May 15, 1998. The mall has a gross floor area of 400,000 square meters (4,300,000 sq ft), gross leasable area of 170,000 square meters (1,800,000 sq ft), and is the fifth largest mall in the Philippines.
The Pasig River Expressway (PAREX) is a proposed elevated expressway in Metro Manila, Philippines that plans to skirt the banks of the Pasig River and connect the cities of Manila, Mandaluyong, Makati, Pasig, Taguig and the municipality of Taytay. The expressway is proposed to alleviate east-west traffic congestion in Metro Manila. It is visioned to be a joint venture between the Philippine National Construction Corporation and the San Miguel Corporation. The project broke ground on September 24, 2021, while construction of the expressway was yet to start pending the approval of its Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC). The project was deemed cancelled in 2024 due to public uproar against the project. However, Ramon Ang announced renewed interest with the project, though citing the need to adjust it towards public sentiments.

The Makati Poblacion Park, often shortened to Poblacion Park, is an urban linear park along the south bank of the Pasig River in Metro Manila, the Philippines. As its name suggests, it is located in Barangay Poblacion, Makati and was formerly known as Casa Hacienda Park. The park is the largest of three public parks in Makati's old downtown area situated at the site of a former plantation house. It is operated by the Department of Environmental Services Parks and Green Division of the City Government of Makati. Together with the Makati Poblacion Linear Park, the park has revitalized around 0.25 kilometers (0.16 mi) of Makati Poblacion's waterfront between the Makati-Mandaluyong Bridge and Rockwell Center.
Arcovia City is a mixed-use development in Ugong, Pasig, Metro Manila, the Philippines. The 12.3-hectare (30-acre) riverside township is designated as a cyber park and located by the Marikina River east of Ortigas Center being developed by the Megaworld Corporation.
Parklinks is a 35-hectare (86-acre) mixed-use development that straddles the Pasig–Quezon City boundaries in the Philippines. It is a joint project of LT Group and Ayala Land located on the banks of the Marikina River in the eastern part of Metro Manila. Bridgetowne is a real estate development spanning the border of Pasig and Quezon City in Metro Manila, the Philippines. It is a mixed township and business park situated in a former industrial area on both banks of the Marikina River near the junction of Eulogio Rodriguez Jr. Avenue and Ortigas Avenue. The 30.61-hectare (75.6-acre) masterplanned community is the first integrated township project by Robinsons Land Corporation, the real estate arm of JG Summit. It is currently anchored by four office towers in its information technology park dedicated to the business process outsourcing sector, its second in Metro Manila after Robinsons Cybergate in Mandaluyong. Once completed, the township will be a community consisting of seven office towers, a shopping mall, five-star hotel and residential condominiums, with a landmark bridge and a light art installation called The Victor as its centerpiece.
