The Villain I Never Was is the debut album by Ghanaian singer Black Sherif, released on 6 October 2022 through Blacko Management and Empire. [3] The album contains 14 songs, and was supported by five singles, "Soja", "Kwaku the Traveller", a remix of "Second Sermon" which features Nigerian artist Burna Boy, "45", and "Konongo Zongo"

Background

The album was released in October 2022. A reviewer for Pulse Nigeria said Black Sherif's songs are like short stories, and "he employs a dark, honest and philosophical approach to his storytelling". [2]

It debuted at number 1 in Nigeria TurnTable Top 50 chart, number 5 on the Billboard U.S. Afrobeats Songs Chart and number 2 on the UK Afrobeats Singles Chart. On 11 July 2022, following the launch of TurnTable Top 100, an expansion of the Top 50 chart, "Kwaku the Traveller" debut at number 22. I Never Liked You is the ninth studio album by American rapper Future. It was released on April 29, 2022, by Freebandz and Epic Records. The production on the album was handled by multiple producers including ATL Jacob, FnZ, Southside, Taurus, TM88, and Wheezy, among others.
